Lots of tapas to choose from. Pair with great wines. Soft background music on the patio. One of the best restaurants in Old Colorado City.

What a fun and enjoyable place. Many appetizers to choose from. We chose Warm olives, mushroom toast and stuffed mushrooms. Very good, served on fun dishes. Make sure to enjoy with a homemade blood orange Ginger Ale. The ginger ale was amazing. Good service.

The food is fresh, local, and Non-GMO. Each dish is prepared fresh and artfully presented. The ginger ale was exceptional. Our server knew the difference between vegetarian and vegan. Ask for a punch card; every 10th small plate ordered earns you a free one.

Very nice atmosphere and thought that the menu sounded great so we decided to give it a try tonight. However, we were very disappointed. We tried 4 different tapas and all lacked flavor and did not taste complete. Some of the sauces were good but often there would be some heat but no flavor with the heat. Our service was... More

We decided to go to TAPA for dinner as the menu and reviews both looked great. Our first visit to TAPA so Makayla took great care of us suggesting a few items and we loved everything. We absolutely loved dinner and enjoyed sharing all of the items. My wife did not want to share the cinnamon vanilla gelato it was... More

We visited here for a late lunch/early dinner during the week and were the only customers there! We have heard good things about the food so that did not scare us. We ordered many of the available small plates which include 3-4 bites each. Our favorites were the lamb sausage and the deviled eggs with sardines. I ordered a white... More

Of course TripAdvisor brought us here. Lunch for two. Chorizo stuffed mushrooms were our favorite. The grilled peppers were also good, as was my sangria. We would try it again. Did love that it was all GF.

Do yourself a favor. Eat at this tasty place. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed it. The figs wrapped in prosciutto was something I would have not ordered without a little coaxing from the waitress....so good I ordered a second round. I will sure be dreaming of this little treat when back home. Awesome atmosphere, great music, wonderful... More

We were walking to another restaurant and smelled the food cooking here and went in on a whim. Everything is prepared in a small kitchen as you order. So it's coming out fresh! The lamb sausage was great - no crunchy gristle. Nice smooth flavor. Good relaxing meal. And you can watch it being prepared
