We have been to TAPAteria on many occasions. What draws us back time and again are the food and the setting. The tapa are well constructed and use local ingredients. The grilled pardon peppers are a favorite. The restaurant is cozy but doesn't feel crowded. They don't take reservations but do call ahead seating. Recently we had a party of... More

While shopping, we smelled amazing aromas coming from inside TAPAteria! Neither my friend nor I have ever eaten at a tapas restaurant before, so we really did not know "how to do it," but we figured we'd try something new and just ask our server! And they were so passionate about what they do there - and eager to explain... More

Food was good and not expensive. Not exactly like the Spainish who use more sea food, but still good. Would go back!

Went here for my birthday dinner and really enjoyed everything about it. The tapas were fantastic and the place was very inviting. The front dining room seems small and crowded, but that was not a problem for us. They did have outdoor dining in the rear, but it was too chilly and we opted to sit at the bar instead.... More

Voted #1 Tapateria in Colorado Springs (but there aren't that many). A great selection of tapas in 4 categories (snacks, seafood, vegetarian and meat). I can't remember the menu names for the dishes we had but the garlic grilled shrimp and pulled pork were to die for. Asiago-stuffed mushrooms were unique and really tasty. A surprise were the potatoes which... More

Shared tapas and wine with the Ladies for a Moms night out. Delish. Perfect quiet spot to catch up and have some great little tapas.

We love Tapas. TAPAteria brings back a touch of Barcelona for us and it is 100% gluten free except for 2 of their beers....and this information was given at the onset of our ordering. The atmosphere is fun and the restaurant is small. Best to make reservations on the weekend. I lives up to Old Colorado standards. Highly recommend this... More

The first time we visited the TAPAteria was with friends. They wanted to share the amazing gem that they had found and we are SO thankful that they did! Now I have a fantastic place to take my Mom for drinks and food when she comes to visit. We love the chorizo and figs the best. It's amazing.

The menu was intimidating, but our server was fantastic. She encouraged us to explore and gave her recommendations. We had thinly sliced buffalo, figs with bacon and lamb sausage. None of this would have ever been on our radar, but that's why you eat tapas. Our friends are bolder than us, so I suggest finding a couple people to join... More
