Great resort

We stayed here for a week for a regional meeting. Hotel is great. Rooms are comfortable and nice linens. Views are amazing. Gym is super nice. It is located by the golf course and has tons of options to choose from. We even did a group dinner/Bon fire down by the pool and beach area which was super... read more

Convenient and attractive space but poor quality. The buffet was not inexpensive yet the food was diner quality and not very fresh. Even the prime rib was tough. Desserts were glutinous.

We arrivd on a gray, rainy Thursday, which certainly colored our first impressions. The entire place has the feel of benign neglect and hundreds of thousands of square feet of the same, brown wood stain on every exterior surface. We immediately learned that there is no concierge, a jaw-dropping ommission in what purports to be a luxury resort. We were... More

It seems like the waiters all wanted to talk to one another and ignore the paying customers. This happened repeatedly during our stay, and even when we asked for appetizers to be served with our main course, they ignored the request. Way too expensive to put up with that kind of service.

The dinner we had at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort was one step above cafeteria. It was overly salty and greasy and even the way it was served ( on plastic plates) was tacky. Far overpriced for the quality.

Excellent place for a business meeting and the people were helpful, food great and the views were amazing. The golf course is also fantastic and the pro shop was very helpful!

Very nice place with really good customer service. We wanted some quiet time and they put us away from all of the action. We didn't hear anything all night.

We loved this resort and all the food there. The waiters were friendly, fast, efficient and on their game. We would finish our drink and they were in the shadows with another. Not hovering, just did a great job and keeping our table cleaned off and our drinks filled. Very VERY Nice!

No elevator in our hotel building - had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs - AC didn't cool the room, leaked fluid on the balcony. Couldn't keep the slider door open for ventilation because the hotel has attached woodpecker bird houses on the hotel building and the nesting woodpeckers peck loudly at night waking guests up. Public deck... More

My wife and I have celebrated most important events at this restaurant for almost 20 years. That included our anniversary, 4th of July, Vallentines day, etc., and Father's Day. This year my Father's Day was marred by a really bad steak at this restaurant. I have praised this restaurant highly in prior reviews. It is true that I warned against... More
