We had not been to the CMR bar for some time and were sad to see it was overrun by young, mostly unsupervised children. My wife and I had looked forward to having a quiet drink, enjoying the view and then having dinner. At least three tables did not have any adults present. Instead children from about 8 to 12... More

I have stayed at their hotel, and I love their food. My favorite is their breakfast brunch and their lamb for dinner. SO good!

First time at this restaurant. Food was fresh! Shrimp was awesome, salmon wonderful on a salad! Crab legs a bit small but what do you expect in CO? (they fly in the stuff nobody else wants!) The salad bar portion had nice variety and seemed freshly cut! I was a little disappointed at the entree' options. Traditional and rather boring.... More

We've been going here for years. They have a great prime rib buffet on Saturday night. It's worth the $30, plus they offer military discount. They offer many different items from seafood, chicken, pork, salads and homemade desserts. Set just below the mountains ask for a seat by the window. After dinner get a drink from the bar and head... Our entire stay was great from the greeting at the front desk to the room to the restaurant. The Jr Suite is worth the extra money as the balcony views are beautiful of the Cheyenne Mountain.

We have dined here a few times now. Each time is a wonderful experience in elegant dinning. From the appetizer to the desert our dinner has been just amazing. Every bite is something to savor. Not to mention the beautiful out door deck and gorgeous view!! The entire staff makes sure your dinning experience is truly a lovely and memorable... More

Well if you want all you can eat place you are welcome. But you expect more from signature hotel restaurant.... The only reason ti dine is view and staff. Not exactly the reason to dine there. Buffet is boring and typical big hotel no fantasy food. Fish overcooked, meat dry, majority of food just unfrozen.

My best friend had her 15 year anniversary vow renewal here. While she had tastings of the food that was served at her event, there were some inconsistencies. For example, she told me she felt the Filet would be dry and the Sea Bass amazing, at the dinner it was just the opposite. The vegetarian offering, however, was 5 stars... More

My husband and I lived in Colorado Springs for 3 years and we frequented the Sunday brunch here countless times (as in I lost count how many times we've been). The food is fantastic. The prime rib is always the best thing on the line. The desserts change every Sunday but they are always delicious. The champagne is included in... More

I ate this this restaurant several times while attending a conference. Our group chose the buffet for their Friday night seafood dinner. The food was very good as they always kept refilling the crab legs. I real favorite with most in our large group. They served roased New York strips also. The dessert table had lots of great choices to... More
