Great service & good food!

We had a really great waiter ( and I've forgotten his name) but he was on top of things and very friendly. I had a salad and green chili soup with a flour tortilla. I liked the soup- it was a teeny bit hotter than I usually like, but the tortilla that came with it , I dunked it and... read more

We went to Flatiron's on our first night in Colorado Springs. The restaurant was not very busy, but it was a Sunday during a holiday weekend. Our servers was very friendly, but the kitchen seemed to be struggling, because it took too long for our food. When our food arrived our fish tacos were lukewark and the tortillas weren't soft.... This was one of the restaurants on a map given to us by where we stayed, but we wouldn't go back there again. I've had fish tacos at many restaurants and love them, but these had so many jalapenos (with tons of seeds) that I couldn't eat them. I was on fire. To the restaurant's credit, they brought me another... More

Came here for a business meeting. The chips with onion dip they give you are good, but that was the highlight of the meal. I was excited to try the steak frites but the steak had no flavor. The garlic butter they topped it with was flavorful but not enough to make the steak taste better. Fries weren't special. The... More

While in town for a conference I visited this local spot. It's a busy place, even on a week night. The food was very tasty, I had the Parmesan flatiron steak. Good favor, under cooked. Ordered medium was definitely medium rare. I should add, all the server were very pleasant, however, they simply had difficulty meeting customers' needs.

First time eating at Flatiron's and I found the service really shined from when I sat down till when I left. I can't remember when I had a server do this good of a job. The prices were very reasonable and the food I ordered was excellent. Wish they had this place near my house in California.

I have written other reviews about Flatiron's Grill. Some have been stellar; others disappointing. I am pleased to report that I experienced one of my best meals ever there this week! I love

The food here was good. I got the Cougar Salad which I thought was pretty tastey. We got a couple apps, which were also good. The green chicken chili was also very good! All that said, the service was not good at all, hence the 3 stars!
