Good food but the staff seemed overwhelmed

While in town for a conference I visited this local spot. It's a busy place, even on a week night. The food was very tasty, I had the Parmesan flatiron steak. Good favor, under cooked. Ordered medium was definitely medium rare. I should add, all the server were very pleasant, however, they simply... read more

Came here for a business meeting. The chips with onion dip they give you are good, but that was the highlight of the meal. I was excited to try the steak frites but the steak had no flavor. The garlic butter they topped it with was flavorful but not enough to make the steak taste better. Fries weren't special. The... More

First time eating at Flatiron's and I found the service really shined from when I sat down till when I left. I can't remember when I had a server do this good of a job. The prices were very reasonable and the food I ordered was excellent. Wish they had this place near my house in California.

I have written other reviews about Flatiron's Grill. Some have been stellar; others disappointing. I am pleased to report that I experienced one of my best meals ever there this week! I love

The food here was good. I got the Cougar Salad which I thought was pretty tastey. We got a couple apps, which were also good. The green chicken chili was also very good! All that said, the service was not good at all, hence the 3 stars!

We arrived early before the crowds. Our waitress brought our drinks, but didn't come back, in a timely manner, to take our order. We finally asked another if he could find her. A waiter came by, took our order and said our waitress was in the bathroom. When she returned, she told us in detail why she was in the... More

After some days in a high end hotel, a friend of mine invited us to this restaurant. What a nice surprise. Interior basic, but with a very good atmosphere, staff extremely friendly and responsive and the salads where outstanding. Really not the usual " tourist kind of stuff" you get in some other places. I can definitely recommend this place

This restaurant is a reliable choice for fresh, hot and moderately priced entree's. It is partly sports bar themed with TV monitors sprinkled about the premises. Desserts were small but topped off a meal nicely and were relatively inexpensive.

Great service, and fairly average but good food. The steaks were good and the beer was cold. Nothing to complain about..

My wife has to eat only gluten free. This makes it hard sometimes to find a place where their idea of gluten free is just take the bun off. This place not only has a great full menu but they have many gluten free options. They even have gluten free beer on the menu. The waiter even went out of... More
