We had dinner with a large group of people at a very busy time. The lobster tails came out cold and undercooked. Several of the other dishes were cool, instead of warm, and servers were somewhat confused with who ordered what. I think the size of the crowd contributed to the dinner issues.

Just enjoyed a superb meal at the Broadmoor Penrose Room. Excellent attentive wait staff, excellent food, excellent dining room, excellent view, very reasonable prices. Add live music and you have an evening not to be forgotten.
