Baby back ribs have no flavor. Don't even taste smoked. Corn on cob has no corn flavor. Potato salad, coleslaw and and three bean salad all prepackaged and have preservatives. Yuck. Jalapeño sausage had very good flavor. Second time to Rudy's, first time in Chandler, AZ and it too was blah. Never again.

The food was excellent, lots of choices. Atmosphere was family friendly and inviting. Roll up garage doors make it feel like you are outside even when you are inside.

What a nice surprise when our camping neighbors told us about Rudy's. First visit there and we loved the food. We tried the smoked turkey, brisket and pulled pork and ribs (yes, there were 4 of us). The best BBQ we all has ever had-wish they would open a store in San Diego!

We visit the Springs while we are visiting family in Denver. Rudy's is a traditional stop. The scenery is beautiful. The food is plentiful. I had a pulled pork sandwich which was plenty for me. They store their beverages in big tubs of ice that makes it impossible for you to pass them by without choosing one. The staff is... More

After taking the cog railway up to Pikes Peak my husband and I were starving. We noticed this place on our way in and were so glad we saw it. Hard to choose what to eat so we got a pulled pork sandwich, a brisket sandwich and some of the sausage. It was all SO GOOD!! We will definitely go... More

I was introduced to Rudy's BBQ by my husband who is a native Texan. He totally got me hooked! We don't have Rudy's in NC, so when we were on our honeymoon in Colorado we were excited to see they had a Rudy's! We ate there three days in a row with no regrets! Their BBQ sauce is amazing and... More

Bring your bib for this delicious local Colorado Springs barbecue joint. The restaurant is set up with picnic tables end to end. It's very laid back with its roll of paper to line your table and lots of paper toweling to sop up your mess. There's even a long trough-style sink to help you clean up afterwards. Five friends went... More

We were shocked to find such wonderful barbeque in Colorado. Their brisket was wonderful and their turkey was unique and delicious. Evidently Rudy's is out of Austin, Texas and they are completely faithful to Texas barbeque. The beans and other sides were also great!

I just have to say that I wanted to try the "moist" brisket since the last brisket we had at Coopers in Ft. Worth was horribly dry. Well, this one is not moist, it is more like 80 per cent fat brisket. Very gross. And 3 pounds of that is enough to make anyone sick. I did like the cream... More

Don't let the gas station / convenience store appearance fool you, yes they do sell gas and there is a small convenience store, but by far their main purpose is Bar-B-Q. It's walk up service and unless you’re ordering a sandwich all meats are sold by the 1/2 pound, except chicken. Meats include brisket, pork loin, pulled pork, chicken, etc.... More
