I hadn't been to the Jamaica Flavor restaurant for awhile, but was pleased to find out nothing had changed. The menu is composed of many traditional Jamaican foods, prepared by the owner to perfection. It is the only restaurant I would take my Jamaican friends to when they are homesick.

We stopped here as part of a food tour. We had plantains, coconut rice and jerk chicken. It was awesome. The place is laid back. The owner and her grandmother came out to meet us. They ewre very proud of what they prepare and it showed in the quality of the food. Would love to go back to try more... More

I went to Jamaica Flavor on the recommendation of a couple of locals. They were not wrong. I had the Jerk chicken and Curry Chicken, with cabbage and rice. The Jerked Chicken was spicy, but not blazing, The Curry chicken had lots of flavor and spices. After eating there, I needed a nap.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. I have been to the other two Jamaican restaurants in town, and this one has the best overall flavors. I took a family member there for his birthday lunch. We are both from the east coast where there are an array of caribbean spots. He had the jerk chicken and I had the goat.... More

Totally unexpected! When traveling from New Mexico to Chicago we searched for a fast place to have lunch west of Colorado Springs that wasn't a chain. We found this spot in an odd little strip mall and doubtfully walked in. The proprietors were super welcoming, the dining area spotless and the food authentic. They have juicy jerk chicken with spicy... More

Very delicious food. Our family of four enjoyed four different dishes. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The location was a little difficult to find and the exterior is worn. However the interior was nice and cozy. Go there for the food. Regulars came in and out the whole time we were there.

Nice little place and great food. My wife and I have been to Jamaica several times, and we are always looking for a good Jamaican food place. Just wish I lived in the area so I could eat there more often. And good Jamaican food isn't the same without a COLD Red Stripe, and it was cold.

I stopped at Jamaican Flavor for dinner with my family on a trip to Colorado Springs, and we loved it. We had the jerk pork and the brown stew chicken. Both were amazing! All sides were also excellent. My 7 year old son who is a foody, raved about it, and my 9 year old daughter, who is picky, actually... More

A place I have to go to every time I come to Colorado Springs. Small place, not made for large groups but there is a lot of take out. You can get your food Hot, Mild, etc. and if you get it hot the owner will bring out a towel and a pitcher of water when he says you sweating.... More
