Stopped in for a late lunch with a friend who has eaten here many times. Ordered the Eggplant Rolotini. It was fantastic and you can't beat the price on the lunch special list. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The bistro is bigger than it looks from the outside and there is outside seating during the summer.

Lively restaurant in an historic district with a stellar food reputation! On every trip to the Springs, we visit this local favorite! Reasonable prices, very good service. Make a reservation--it gets crowded! You'll enjoy their original creations and old favorites. Go where the locals hang out--Paravincini's!

We went to Paravicini's for the first time on a Monday night between 5:30-6:15 PM. The restaurant wasn't crowded and we were immediately seated towards the back corner of the restaurant. The service was fairly quick. Jen was our waitress and she was pleasant enough, but never once came back to check how we were doing, after the food was... More

From beginning to end this was one of our best Italian meals ever. We began with the Calamari Frittata Arrabiata. I avoided the peppers but just their juice gave this dish a great flavor. The Caeasar salad and crusty bread were delicious. I ordered the Veal Tuscana and my husband had the Grilled Salmon. The veal dish was excellent. We... More

We felt like we were in the North End of Boston. Great food, great atmosphere and terrific service. Veal parmesan was spectacular and homemade pasta is always fabulous. So nice to get a fabulous meal in a city that has too many chain restaurants.

Went on Friday night for girls night out. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything from the bruschetta, salad, chicken Marsala and dessert was amazing and so tasty. It was so good, I ordered another meal of lasagna and veal Marsala with dessert to take home for a meal with hubby. Even though it was really busy, the service was outstanding.... More

Been here twice now, didn't like it either time. It does now have a true Italian flavor, more like canned sauce. We prefer Luigi's (INCREDIBLE) and even Carrabbas over Paravicini's.

Excellent Italian restaurant.. they have a myriad of menu choices organized from restaurant exclusives, traditional Italian, and American-Italian (ala Olive Garden). There is plenty of parking around the restaurant.. just make sure you know how to parallel park! The restaurant itself is in a historical and well-maintained building in old downtown Colorado Springs. The interior is what you'd expect from... More

OMG. All I can say is YUM. Real food. Real fresh. I swear it feels like your Italian grandmother is in the kitchen.

I had the lasagna and my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. We both loved our food. We highly recommend this if you're looking for great italian food in the area. Although the restaurant wasn't busy we were seated at a small table right near the hostess station and front door. The restaurant is very noisy and we had a... More
