This restaurant is in the heart of historic Old Colorado city and is in an older brick building. They have excellent Italian food and a great atmosphere. Their patio is a perfect option in the warmer months. One my favorite dishes is their saltimbuca, paired with one their good red wines from their well stocked cellar.

The food is okay. Italian is always easy to modify for vegetarians. I usually leave full (but do eat a lot of bread). The boyfriend is always hungry when we leave. Just not enough food for him. We usually go with friends and share a bottle of wine. The company is what makes the restaurant. Friends are big fish eaters... More

This was my second visit to Paravicini's. We had vowed to return to try the Tutto di Mare. Sad to say it was average. All the seafood tasted the same and the white sauce was watery and little flavor. For $22 I expected better. My spouse had the chicken parmigiana and it was good and reasonably priced at $9.00. The... More

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my friend in this great Italian restaurant. I had the Pasta Fagioli soup and the Eggplant Rollitini. The eggplant was fabulous and was crispy with delicious cheese filling. The bread that was served was crusty and tasted great. I also enjoyed a glass of chianti and because I was there celebrating my birthday the... More

This place is barely OK. The food is uninspiring, the servers unmotivated, the ambiance is nice but considering the food itself and the service is so so, I have to believe you can do better than this in Colorado Springs. I love Italian food but this just did not cut it for me. We tried two veal dishes and were... More

I ate here on New Year's Eve with my boyfriend, and we were both very impressed. Both the food and service were outstanding. The restaurant also has a nice romantic atmosphere. We highly recommend. FYI: It is a bit pricey- entrees range from about $15 - $25.

My husband and I have been trying new restaurants lately, saw Paravicini's on the Food Network show and decided to give it a try. Wow! It was so good, we ate there twice in a week! The first time I had seafood linguine, he had the ravioli pasta special with cheese sauce and caramelized onions, and we both had the... More

Excellent atmosphere, prompt service, really good authentic Italian food. We hadn't been able to find real Italian food in Colorado since we moved here a year and a half ago until we found Paravicini's. Prices were on the upper end for the area, roughly $15 to $25 per entre but worth it.

We visited Paravicini's for lunch on the recommendation of someone from Colorado Springs. I am not usually one to pick an Italian restaurant as I love to cook this at home....But I will revisit this restaurant for sure! I had the eggplant rollatini over penne pasta & my husband ordered the sausage cannelloni. They were both excellent but I did... More
