Our wedding last weekend was catered by Paravicini's and the food was a huge hit! Not only was the owner super helpful when my Mom called asking for recommendations on which entrees were best, sizing, etc. We ordered the Manicotti, Rigatoni Carmella and Penne Bolognese as mains, and everyone loved it! Highly recommended, whether for an event or just a... More

When we drove up after reading about it on trip advisor, we thought it looked a little cheesy with the Roman statues. But the service was excellent and the food was great. A great find!

We dropped by Paravicini's for lunch this past Sunday after an event. I was hungry but didnt want to eat heavy. Paravicini's had the perfect lunch menu. I choose the Penne alla Vodka - Penne pasta tossed in vodka pink sauce with onions & prosciutto with a mixed salad. Excellent dining experience from the service to the food. Also, Great... More

Had to write this review even though I have never actually been to the restaurant. I attended a wedding and the food was catered by Paravicini's. The food was to die for!!! The bolognese, manicotti, and I believe it was a chicken carbonara (white sauce with chicken, prosciutto, and mushrooms) were all amazing. The flavors were distinct, fresh, and savory.... More

We dined with our son's family (two little girls, ages 4 and 1) and our daughter-in-law's parents. We had an early dinner because of the children and we had a fine meal in a very family-friendly atmosphere. Our server was attentive, our orders arrived promptly, and there were crayons and coloring pages to keep the 4-year-old entertained. I had eggplant... More

I've been searching for a really fantastic *independent* Italian restaurant in Co Springs. I should have just listened to Trip Advisor from the start. Paravicini's was delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced and decently authentic. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this little corner restaurant. The lunchtime service was perfectly paced- efficient but not rushed. Looking forward to returning.

At one end of the tourist-trappy, but nice,Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City. Really, really good food. I have been here several times and have never been disappointed.

A favorite among locals, and in a great location for tourists. Can't comment on menu in general because I always get the risotta (the 4-cheese version) which is excellent. Families can be comfortable dining here, as well as couples and groups. Atmosphere okay, service pleasant but not exceptional.
