We will stop again any time we visit Colorado Springs! Located in Old Colorado City, this fabulous local restaurant has traditional favorites + several original concoctions that are outstanding! We were very fond of the Calimari Fritti with capers, jalapenos and olives, breaded chicken with broccoli and tomatoes over fettuccini, and salmon. Don't miss the mandarin orange panna cotta! Very... While spending just one night in Colorado Springs, I almost skipped dinner and went to bed early. So glad I didn't as I would have missed an incredible meal. My only complaint with Paravicini's is that everything looked so good I had trouble choosing. Bread is amazing, as was the caesar with anchovies, and one of the specialities - chicken... More

Had a lovely bean soup followed by spaghetti w/ meatballs. The food tasted like it was home made and was delicious.

Food selection was excellent and the wine list was just average. Gotta admit, we were starving when we arrived and were all quite impressed with the food and selection.

We started with the fried artichokes with garlic butter. The batter was light and crispy and went perfectly with the warm artichokes. We then had a large ceasar salad which was also good. They brought me some anchovies on the side on request. We also had rosemary bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping. By the time the... More

We were in town for a couple of nights and wanted to find a unique place to eat. After some searching on Trip Advisor, we decided to give Paravicini's a try. They offer free parking in the rear of the restaurant. We decided it was a good sign that the lot was nearly full. We didn't make reservations and we... More

What a wonderful place to dine! My husband had the special - "Shrimp Francessa" - creamy pesto sauce, plenty of shrimp. There were other choices of specials which also looked quite good. I had the Veal Toscana.. delicious garlic cream sauce.. artichokes... lovely veal. The restaurant is in a lovely location in old Colorado City. Very clean restaurant, excellent friendly... More

Had the Chicken Parmesan and it was absolutely amazing. The service was beyond superior, and the atmosphere is great for a family, friends, or couples. Wish I lived in town, I'd visit it often!

A great place for dinner as well as lunch. Traditional old world Italian style restaurant. Real home made Italian flavored food!! "Franco" might be just a little bit heavy on his use of butter and sauces, but "O" so delicious!! Always great food.
