Great atmosphere and food to match

A smallish restaurant which was a little tough to find even with GPS, but it was worth the search. Intimate setting with premium service and food to die for. Expensive and worth it.

Came in for quick appetizers and drinks at the bar before going to another function. Service was slow and the food mediocre. Previous experiences here have been the same and we find ourselves questioning why we come back. It certainly isn't for Joseph's charm. He spends his time kissing the back sides of his blue haired regulars rather than staying... More

I'm from Chicago and this restaurant rivals the best there. The peppered steak flambé was absolutely amazing and I think is unique to Colorado Springs. The most expensive thing on the menu but completely worth it for a fancy meal. Chef Joseph in very engaged with the customers and cooks the flambé right in front of you. Really great experience!

I heard great things about this restaurant, but I was personally disappointed with my selection of Prime Rib. Although i ordered medium it turned out to be rare. I could barely chew it. They had to take back and heat it on the grill before it was edible. As this was my Birthday it was doubly disappointing. I would have... More

We go out to a high end restaurant with the family around the holidays and this year, we picked Joseph's. It was not what we were expecting. First, it took nearly an hour and a half to get drinks, bread, and to get to place our orders, which was weird because the place had only three tables filled when we... More

My husband and I came here with another couple for a pre holiday dinner. First visit to this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Nice atmosphere. Excellent food. I had that night's special which was crab stuffed lobster which came with vegetables and mashed potatoes. My husband had steak. Both dishes met our very high expectations. Table side bananas foster... More

This was our first visit to Joseph's since their relocation to the east side of 8th Street. We made our reservation from their website using Yelp but it was not recorded when we arrived; we were seated anyway. (The dining room did not seem any larger or much different in layout than the previous.) Water and menus were promptly served.... More

Visiting my fiance in the military and we wanted to go out and celebrate him coming home and my birthday. The food was perfect and more than ever expected! Our service was superb, the restaurant clean and comfortable. We plan on going again soon! Thanks for such a great experience!

Came to Colorado to visit family and came to Joseph's because the young girl at our hotel highly recommended it. Our service was ok, but she seemed nervous and it took a very long time before we were acknowledged and the restaurant didn't have very many occupants. I ordered the crab filled chicken Marsala. Not only was it delicious, it... More

This is a nice upscale restaurant that should be experienced for a special occasion or late night cocktails & appetizers. Good selection and owner & chef is often in the dinning rooms with guest talking or making a table side dish. We have always had great service, and is a quite & intimate setting in the late evening times. Building... More
