Admittedly Colorado Springs is the backwaters of dining, in general the restaurants in the Springs are stuck in the 1950's. Joseph's has recently moved to its new location yet the food remains uninteresting and over-priced. Joseph's offers nothing for vegetarians and their idea of being accommodating to vegetarians was to take the shrimp off of the pasta and shrimp dish... More

We visited Joseph's on the second night in his new venue. Although the wait staff was still getting used to all the new systems and somewhat slow, there were no "hitches" in the food. My not-easy-to-please brother-in-law loved the crab cakes. They ranked in the top 2 places on his list! The house salad with caramelized almonds drizzled with lime... More

Out of the way and not much to look at from outside (although their new place across the street may help), but very, very much worth the trip. Have visited several times and this week's meal was typical. Solicitous waitstaff and personal attention by the chef...have to try the spinach salad (flambe) and although they have great options (my table... More

I've known about Joseph's for years now and loved going to eat dinner there whenever I was in the area and had the chance to. After this past experience however I will not be going back. After my boyfriend and I were quickly seated we were greeted by a young man who introduced himself as our server and took our... More

Very seldom do I look at my wife during a meal and say "We have to remember this place!". It really is that good. A new facility is being built across the street to house this fantastic restaurant. I can't wait to check it out the next time we visit the Springs. I had the Fruit de Mare.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere. The chef greets customers and personally prepares table side dishes.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but we were greeted by Joseph, he took our coats, enjoyed chatting with him while he cooked our peppered steak (amazing) right at the table. While the price for 3 with a bottle of wine and a shared desert was $238 including tip it was worth it. We have spent that... More

We had lunch here this week and while the food was okay, I cannot imagine rating it any higher than that. I can think of a whole lot of other restaurants in Colorado Springs that are better. In fairness, maybe dinner is better there. I do not like being nasty here at all, but they served me frozen shrimp and... More

I too had purchased a Living Social Coupon and was given a choice of the "special" menu or $40 off the regular menu. As someone else stated it was an $80 value so that should have been the credit. We took the special menu and everything was excellent. There were two appetizer choices, two main dish choices, and two dessert... More

This one definitely gives the Peppertree a run for its money. The steak was actually better and the presentation was very nice. However, the Peppertree ambience and service are a little better. However, the server mentioned Joseph's would be moving I to a new location soon, so that should help. The other entrees e had wast he fruita del mare,... More
