I've enjoyed every appetizer, meal, dessert I've ever had here. The hummus, feta crisps, gyros plate, and saragli greek nut roll drizzled in citrus honey are my favorite. My family and friends have never complained about their meals either. I've always enjoyed the waitstaff too. They've always been pleasant (my favorite is Asia...she is really nice.).

We were at this restaurant last 3 years ago and had moussaka. We were not impressed at that time, but in view of some great reviews on Trip Advisor, we tried it again on 7 Nov 2014. We opted for the Gyros Plate which is rather easy to prepare and which we enjoyed many times at authentic Greek restaurants in... More

Ate here early in the evening... Lucked in on appetizer and drink specials! Tried the mixed appetizer platter with hummus, baba gahnough, falafel, grape leaves olives, feta... All perfect! Tried the sea bass special, moussaka (truly amazing!!) and gyro platter. Everyone was so happy with their choices! Portions are large and we took home leftovers... Great dining experience.

After reading reviews on a couple sites my wife and I had our expectations raised for this place at the entry way you see awards they have won, so I was surprised by how terrible and subpar the food was... We ordered hummus as an app, it was thick but not creamy reminded me of crunchy peanut butter in texture,... More

We went here thanks to Trip Advisor. We were celebrating a birthday and our server Asia (sp?) was great. There were four of us and we got a couple appetizers and our meals. My prime rib was perfectly cooked. My husband loved his moussaka and our friends enjoyed Kamba and mussels. The drinks from the bar were excellent. We will... More

Great meal. The boys had the prime rib special and I had the Lamb dish. YUM. Great flavors and portions. Service was good. We will definitely be back.

Located adjacent to I-25, the facility is very relaxing with not too loud background music. There is a huge menu and about four specials. The food is Mediterranean flavor, and is excellent. My wife's fish was perfect, my braised beef excellent and my daughters pork chop exceptional. We even had dessert! Service is excellent and the food is delivered just... More

After going here specifically because Trip Advisor rates it #1 in the Springs. Met a friend for lunch and only one other table of people were eating from 11:30 to 1:30. Guess others have figured out its not so great after all. Mediocre food, good service.

My friend kept telling me Caspian makes the best bloody mary known to man, so we went in just for that. It's true! The very best...but then our meal came and OMG! I thought I had died and gone to heaven. You can taste the love and care that they put into every bite. We made a meal out of... More

I've eaten amazing Mediterranean food in Australia and this food was soooooo good the chicken, beef, prawns, falafel, eggplant hard to beat. This will be the first place I come to next time I'm in town. Nikki our waitress was clearly passionate about the food and explained to my unfamiliar guests. Hands down best combination of food, atmosphere and service... More
