Saturday, Five o'clock arrival without reservation was no problem. Young waitress was immediately attentive. The meal starts with good warm bread and olive oil for dipping. We had falafel appetizer. We like Mediterranean food so we picked this. Had a Greek Salad which was okay. We ordered the stuffed Pork Chop and it was delicious. Had a good waiter. We made reservations but didn't need them on a Sun. nite.

We tried many items on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. The soups there are an absolute must to try. Incredibly kind and friendly staff and Moe (the owner) is just the kindest warmest person you can imagine.

The wait staff handled our group of about 14 very capably. The food was good (I just had soup, but others raved about their selections). Salads are large.

This is my family's go-to restaurant for special events and when people come to town to visit. The food is exceptional and we love the g-rated weekend belly dancing.

Loved the food and service. Went on a Friday night and they had Belly Dancing as entertainment, it was GREAT!

Great food, great service! Nice for a change from the ordinary. We come a few times enough. It is worth the drive.

Our family of five ate at the Caspian last night. Great festive atmosphere, attentive waiter, solid menu with broad options representing many Mediterranean countries: from Spain and Portugal, to Greece, to France, to Morocco and North Africa, to the Middle East. Kids menu too. Food was great: gyro platter, lamb tagine, spanakopita, hummus, falafel, tzatziki, honey salmon, etc. since it... More

Being a foodie, we always read Trip Advisor and Yelp reviews before selecting our dining experiences. Caspian Cafe is definitely worth its ranking in Colorado Springs. We had a party of 10 and they graciously accommodated us in a beautiful spacious spot when we arrived. Our server was excellent and made things pleasant for the 4 kids. The best was... More

Delicious food, service was phenomenal and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely try this restaurant again. Not everyone in our party enjoyed their food as much as some of us but everyone agreed they would go back.
