Nice setting...

It was a nice setting and I had a great Halibut. I was greeted by the GM and wanted feedback. He is looking to continue to upgrade and improve...it was refreshing to hear the General Manager take such high interest...his name is Barry and would love anyone's feedback.

Having dinner at the Bistro 321 has been one of the worst dining experiences I've had in recent history. The Crab Gratin was so highly seasoned that one could not taste the crab. After having the rest of the meal, that may have been a blessing in disguise. The Cajun Seafood Fettuccine was simply awful. The sauce was grey and... More

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback about your dinner the other night. I was very disappointed to hear about all of the issues with your meal, I can assure you this is not normal for Bistro 321. I will work with our Chef to insure we don't have these types of misses in the future. I... More

The food was excellent. The service and the kitchen was poor. It took 30 minutes just to get to get salads to us. The appetizers were supposed to come first. It took another 30 minutes to get appetizers and then another 15 minutes after that to get the meals. Waiter said he would fill my drink twice. On the third... More

Sometimes a changing of the guard boosts a restaurants morale, and with it comes better service and pride in food. Since a new promotion with Executive Chef Chris P. in the Bistro 321 Chophouse kitchen, all seems charged to another level and significantly improved at this small, yet charmingly intimate restaurant tucked away on the 1st floor of the Reserve... I asked for new ones she brought us back the same dishes after she heated it in the microwave with gross rubber... More

There are limited options in Central City and we found this to be our favorite. The fried goat cheese was excellent, very kind servers and good wine. We enjoyed our entrees, though the pork belly and tomato soup could be perfected. Overall, we enjoyed this meal the most during our recent stay.

We went up on a casino bus that our local radio station sponsors. First mess up was the buffet was supposed to be included and all they gave the patrons was 5.00 off. After a 30 minute wait they finally straightened it out, thanks to the promotions manager for the radio station. The buffet and it's choices were below par.... More
