Been through the drive thru several times but the menu is limited. Food was good, bit better then Taco Bell. Breakfast burritos are very tasty. Today we decided to go inside. Wow! I ordered the stuffed sofapilla 1/2 & 1/2 with an order of the crispy toquitos. Both were amazing! I will no longer be going through the drive thru... More

I only do negative reviews if something is truley wrong. On 7/31, I went to the Castle Rock Santiago's for 5 of their breakfast burritos. Total bill a bit over $12.00 and I handed the drive-thru waitress (judy) a $20.00 bill. Now the situation became awkward as she bantered that she deserved the change as a "tip". That would be... If you can get to the Santiago Mexican Restaurant in Castle Rock, or within the City of Denver before 11am for about $2.50 you will have a breakfast treat! I order the Breakfast Burrito with Cheese and 1/2 & 1/2 Green Chili and my taste buds thank me! LOL They have Green Chili at Mild, 1/2 &1/2 and Hot! But,... More

We thought we would try Santiago's for dinner...it was extremely busy so that must be a good sign, right?! Wrong!!! I should have taken the warning that their burritos/food is sold in gas stations....it was probably the worst Mexican food I have ever had (AND I have eaten at Casa Bonita!). I don't eat fast food, but would have gladly... More

The green chili at Santiago's is awesome. Add a soft taco, they are big here, to a cup of chili and I am all set.

That's what I heard and what the waitress said. We got a burrito the size of a cigar. Tasted good but coming from So Cal I'm accustomed to a breakfast burrito that takes two hands to hold and fills you up until dinner. My buddy and I ate ours and shot across the street to Jacks to get full. Also... More

If you go to this Santiago's on a Saturday morning there will be a line of cars wrapped around the drive through right out to the street. If you park you might have to walk a little ways. I always park and go inside. I'm not a drive thru type. I have eaten here several time but stop for breakfast... More

At one time this used to be a decent place to get Mexican food. We have come here often over the years. In the last 6 months to year the bottom has really dropped out of this place. Family visited from out of state so we thought we could treat them to a really good Mexican meal. However, they got... More

This place has the most consistently inconsistent green chili, but I love it anyway! It is offered hot, mild or half and half. I always get half and half, but sometimes it is so spicy it curls your toes, other times it is just right. The stuffed sopapillas are the best, but I can't have them anymore, they contain gluten.
