We ate at Duke's on a Friday night around 7pm. They had seating available as soon as we arrived. We ordered the 8oz steak and the Chicken Fried Steak. My husband said the Chicken Fried Steak was the best he'd ever had! The steak was good, great flavor. I ordered it medium well, next time I'd order medium. The portion... More

My husband and I went to Duke's Steakhouse on Father's Day, 2014. It has moved several miles north from Castle Rock to Castle Pines, Colorado. With us were my brother-in-law, my nephew, and my great niece who is six years old. Even though we made a last minute reservation on a very busy day and were late arriving due to... More

We go to Duke's frequently. Very close to us when we want to have a special dinner. Two of us had the filet mignon and my wife had the salmon. My wife makes a great salmon at home - but always raves about the way that Duke's prepares the salmon. All of the steaks are delicious and prepared to your... More

Our son lives in Castle Rock, he took us to Dukes for Happy Hour and dinner. The service was great and the food was delicious. We have gone back several times and were very happy each time. The owners of Dukes are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Di

Duke's is convenient to home, so we stopped for a late dinner. The chicken-fried steak was pretty good, but we have high standards, having lived in TX for years. Ample wine portions.

We had a couple visiting from California. We went to Duke's on a Sunday night. We all ordered the prime rib dinners. Got excellent portions and cooked to our preferences. The wine list is very good with quality wines at reasonable prices. The dining room was nice and quiet this time. We had an enjoyable dining experience.

FYI - This place is no longer in Castle Rock. It's about 5 miles to the north in Castle Pines. I've eaten at this place (old & new locations) a total of about 6 times over 15 years. I've only had the opportunity to eat at the newer location once. The only reason I don't eat here more is that... More

My kids and I went to Duke’s for a late lunch in July before heading to the airport. We were promptly greeted and chose a booth to sit at. I ordered the chicken fried steak, my son, the swiss avocado bacon burger, and my daughter the grilled cheese from the kid’s menu. My chicken fried steak was “out of this... More

I have been there only once and found that the decore was out of date and service was slow. However, my family realy liked the place so they went back. Only for my daughter (who paid the bill on her debit card) to get a call from her bank saying that her account was overdrawn due to a number of... More

Upon entering the restaurant, the décor seemed a little tired. Something needs to be done to brighten the place up. It felt more like a casual dining steakhouse; however, that might be what they are shooting for. There really wasn't any specials on the menu that made a statement. Most steakhouse have one or more signature dishes. The meal included... More
