A friend and I went for lunch and not many people in the restaurant. It took a long time for waiter to take drink orders. Then a very long time to take food orders. When the food finally came, my 'grilled' vegetables were uncooked with only 'grill' marks on them. The tilapia was just OK. Even slower for us to... More

We have eaten at this casual restaurant many times. Carlos Miguel's is not gourmet, but they offer good Mexican food. I like their chicken enchiladas with green chili sauce and a good Margarita. There is a nice open bar area, and the Mexican music and decor is fun and tasteful. They are just west of I-25 in Castle Rock, CO.

The food was flavorless and substandard for the price you pay. The service was slow and it was just two of us. I have had better food and service at Qdoba.

My fiance and I ended up and Carlos Miguel's since it was close to the movie theater. He ordered chilli rellenos which were still frozen at the ends. I had the carnitas, which was ok, but certainly nothing special. We both had margaritas, which I was excited to see them making them fresh at the bar, but we commented to... More

I come here often and the food is always excellent....service is generally good and staff are friendly enough for me. I don't need to feel like the waitstaff is joining me for lunch. I just would love to see them busier at lunch time.....would hate to loose my spot for my "fix" of Mexican food. I generally stick with the... More

This is an okay Mexican restaurant. When we're in the mood for Mexican and don't want to drive all the way to Denver, this is where we go. I like their food and beans and rice but not a huge fan of their salsa and chips, which kind of makes the whole meal for me.

Nice to have real Mexican food north of the border! The owner/manager not sure which was extremely friendly as well as all the staff. Food is great and great for families, my 5 yr old loved it. We will definitely go back!

The food was delicious, we both had fajitas which were awesome. Be sure to try the habanero sauce with your meal if you like spicy! Happy hour was great too! Good deals!

This place is close to our home so we eat here often. The service is always excellent, the food is consistently good and the drinks are cold. I would recommend to friends.
