Excellent as Always

Friendly, professional service. Everyone in our party loved their food, which included the Basil Chicken, Short Ribs and Crispy Tofu in coconut broth. We had brussel sprouts and edamame as apps. Expect to spend about $40-$50 per person with drinks and apps. Nice atmosphere.

Happened in on Phat Thai on a return trip to Carbondale. The menu choices all sounded fantastic, so we put our server, Andrew, on task...."surprise us and order up some of your favorite items"... WOW....everything was delicious!! Starting with Brussels sprouts, 'tacos', and sticky buns. Dinner was 'fried chicken' and spicy duck. All items were outstanding. Thank you Andrew for... More

I have been here 4 times now and each time I have really tried to enjoy it. I have always ordered something different and each time, each dish is just so uninteresting and always poorly prepared. The service is always good and the wait staff is to be highly commended. The kitchen staff, however, has simply lost their way. Truth... More

We eat out a lot, so I think we can be somewhat hard to please, However, Mark Fiscer restaurants haven't let us down yet. Phat Thai is his best. While the menu is clear about the lack of Thai origin in his family, his love for big flavor and skilled balancing of unlikely ingredients, meld into fusion dishes to please... More

If you're in Aspen skiing or otherwise visiting this area, do not miss this great restaurant and a wonderful dinner experience. Having tried most menu items, I can safely say that you cannot really go wrong here. The cocktail menu is really great. There is also consistently good service at this restaurant, which is not common for this area. Just... More

I love coming here for drinks and apps; the Lon of Lobster is sooo good and I want to live off their coconut rice. The Massaman of Colorado Lamb is also great. Some of the plates are too spicy for my taste, but my husband loves them. Everyone seems to be satisified when we bring visitors here from out of... More

Really enjoyed my meal here - some regular and innovative Thai. Great fun cocktails. I always have pad thai when I visit a thai place for the first time and it was great---tasty and not too eggy. The curry my friend had was good enough to lick the bowl. The brussel sprout app was tasty too. We really didn't leave... More

I wish I didn't live nearly an hour away or I would eat here more often. I just recently ate here for the second time in 2 years. The first time I loved the food. I actually didn't return sooner because I was scared it wouldn't be as good the second time; I didn't want to ruin the memory. What... More

Right smack on the main drag -- ok it's pretty short -- Main Street, Carbondale, Colorado. Phat Thai has intriguing cocktails -- I had a ginger martini -- and gorgeous food. The large front windows simply open up onto Main Street, where there is also a deck with a few tables and umbrellas, sitting where maybe 2 cars might otherwise... More

Carbondale is just a short drive from Snowmass. This restaurant has outdoor seating on main street. The menu has a disclaimer that they don't claim to be authentic but that they strive to bring you the flavors and cuisines from Thailand. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun. I would return when I'm in the area.
