Satisfying Meal

We had never been to a Village Inn before and we were not disappointed with this one. This was not gourmet food by any means but it was adequate for a dinner consisting of something better than fast food. I ordered the 5 cheese omelet, which was delicious. The pancakes that came with it were... read more

As we approached the front door, I was hungry and ready to have a nice meal. I opened the door for the ladies and oh my gosh!!!! The floor was filthy - at the front door!!!! What sort of impression do think that leaves with your prospective customers? As we walked through the restaurant to be seated, the filth did... More

Had the best salad in ages at this Restaurant. Generous portion, very fresh ingredients and friendly service.

The restaurant was in walking distance from our hotel and we could smell the aromas coming from inside and couldn't resist. We had a great breakfast at a reasonable price. The service was friendly and efficient.

We were told it would be ten minutes until we were seated. After a half an hour, I told my husband I wanted to leave. They had seated several couples before us. As we were leaving my son looked on their list, and they had scratched out our name. The manager saw us sitting there for thirty minutes, but he... More

Our party of 8 was left standing 15 minutes while 2 waitresses openly discussed in front of us how we had upset plans to finish serving in one area of the restaurant. Both were surly to us, at the front of house. I'm visiting from Ireland and this attitude was a surprise to me, people are normally so open and... More

Just go elsewhere or go hungry. You will be better for it. I asked what the brown shiny gloop was that my omelette was swimming in. The server said 'The sauce is, uh, interesting' and walked away. You do not need to do this to yourself.

We visited on free pie Wednesday so we ordered the Red Velvet pie, which was good. I had the southwest salad, and would not recommend it. My husband had chicken fried steak and liked it.

We like this Village Inn. They have very good food, it is clean, and the service is great. But-the lights over the tables in the booths are too bright and too low. You feel like you are under a heat lamp and they put a glare on the menu. They are at a level that actually hurts your eyes. It... More
