Just what we wanted

After a couple weeks of travel, we had eaten enough Mexican, Chinese, and Italian and were happy to read the menu at Michaels and see salmon, trout, spare ribs, chicken, etc. Our booth had a tabletop with postcards and travel souvenirs encased in it. Ours was all Australia and New Zealand which... read more

Excellent lunch, good service. A little pricey, but also offers great ambience. The lattes are particularly yummy!

Very good atmosphere and awesome cuisine. You can tell they have a very experienced chef, The portions were very large so better eat earlier in the day. They even have a quaint little bar to enjoy a cocktail.

read the recent reviews and had to give it a try. Looked like Gordon Ramsey had visited and turned things around. Food was extremely well prepared with excellent presentation and service. Portions were large considering the quality of the food. My wife and I split the vegetable lasagna for an appetizer. Mistake, the lasagna was great but very filling. We... More

I was here with my mom and four of her friends here for a birthday dinner/dessert (they are all late 60s early 70s). They loved the art and purchased a few of the framed butterflies - it was a very good experience... here are a few light critiques for the Michael's staff: 1) Our server had a headset on the... We wandered into Michael's and were happy we did. The service was excellent as was the food. There were lots of menu choices. They also have breads and chocolates. Very warm atmosphere.

A Canon City local recommended Michael's. He didn't steer us wrong!! Three of us ordered the Chile Relleno off the brunch menu. The food was incredible & the portions were large. Another member of our group ordered the salmon BLT, which was also very good. The chef sent over a huge platter of watermelon & strawberries. What a pleasant &... More

From the moment I walked into the door & was greeted, I felt welcomed & catered to through the whole meal! I had the most fabulous iceberg wedge w/Blue Cheese, then a Pork loin that was to die for..... Thank you for a gourmet dinner that fed my soul & palate!!!!

We all have days that don't go exactly as planned. There are some days that just relaxing in a comfortable place and treating myself to some of my favorite things, like a steaming latte, homemade dessert, or a few gourmet chocolates is the perfect pick me up. As the owner of Michael's on Main, I just wanted to thank you... More

Stopped in for a quick gelato. Unique flavors for uis to choose from. A nice surprise was an art and jewelry gallery upstairs. Found (and purchased) unusual earrings. I always like to buy a pair on our trips. All handmade and created by local artist.
