We ate here and ordered the muffuletta. Good news was that the sandwich tasted good. The bad news, was for the price, it was mostly bread and had very little filling. Have eaten these before in Louisiana, we were disappointed. We would try this place again since we liked the atmosphere and the server was great, but we would not... More

We were looking for a place to eat before visiting Royal Gorge and stopped at Michael's based on Tripadvisor reviews. We had Italian wedding soup with couscous, it was delicious! I had the Philly cheese steak; the meat was well seasoned but the sandwich was a bit dry. My boyfriend had the cheeseburger, which was juicy and full of flavor.... More

Our visit did not start very well. Our choice of wine not available because it was Monday?? Then our choice of starter not available because new chef. Four of us shared two starters and could not finish them, really tasty. Mains were excellent though I would have prefered more steak on mine than salad even if I had to pay... More

This is more than a restaurant. It is an art gallery, a chocolate shop, a gift store and an experience. We enjoyed well prepared food at a reasonable price with attentive service.

I go here almost weekly. Always good food, really pleasant atmosphere, extra fine service and a very nice wine and drinks menu. They also make their own Gelato in many flavours. Has art everywhere and a gallery shop upstairs. They have artists in for talks periodically. Just a really nice, non fast food, place to enjoy a meal alone or... More

So I give them a three. Our first visit was amazing. Immaculate service, food, ambiance. etc. On the second, all was good, except for the ribeye. I rodered it medium rare and got it medium well. I pointed it out to the waitress (who was very good BTW) and she agreed without hesitation that it was NOT medium rare. She... More

Michael's has varied choices, from a full menu, chocolate bar, coffee bar, and gelato selections. It's a great place to go for a meal or a visit over coffee. It is relaxed, but nice. There is an art gallery and boutique upstairs. Michael's acheives its attempt to have something for everyone.

As the names suggests, Michael's on Main is a very nice, somewhat upscale restaurant in the heart of downtown Canon City. The menu includes a nice mix of beef, chicken, seafood and Italian food, all very good. My wife and I thought the service was excellent, the food was great and the prices were reasonable. You can't go wrong with... More

We had already eaten dinner before arriving in Canon City and were walking the downtown area before sunset. Coming upon Michael's on Main we noticed they had gelato on the menu in the window! Yum! We were about to enter and the manager opened the door and invited in for dinner. We explained we were interested in the gelato and... More
