A delightful diner nestled in beautiful surroundings.

A classic diner experience, with car seat booths. Collectibles adorn the walls, and the food is simple but wholesome! A very pleasant change from the fast food!

My husband and I came in for dinner. He had the chopped steak which he enjoyed very much. I had the french dip since I saw it mentioned in a previous review as being good. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the french dip. It appeared to be like Steakums that were dry and flaky. The fries were ok. We might... More

This is a great place to have breakfast. Very fast service and the employees are very friendly. Good place to go before going to the Royal Gorge or riding the train.

50's atmosphere, which I love. Very family friendly. Your regular typical diner food. It was good food and cooked well, but your average menu. Prices were average.

Cute place, family orientated. The food was great, Brenda was gracious to answer our typical touristy questions and kept the coffee flowing. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. We do plan to visit Big Daddy's again.

The food is great and there is a variety of choices on the menu. The milkshakes are yummy and large! Eat there anytime but the best discount prices are offered on your birthday!

I ordered a Burger and Shake. The Shake was terrific! The waitress was not very good in remembering things. She forgot stuff at my table and the people's table next to me. When my food was served the Fries were a flimsy mess. uneatable! She offered us new fries which were quite brown and ok. I was also served a... More

The food was nothing special but the service was very good. The portions were very large, we could have shared a plate but didn't. Husband had the chicken fried steak and said it was okay but nothing outstanding. Okay for a quick meal.

We had a 5 am flight from Nashville to Denver and then drove to Canon City to stay the night. We were all so tired that we did not want to go out to eat, so we searched from places that we could order and take out. The diner was only 30 seconds from our hotel. We did not have... More

Busy place, good comfort food and good service. A kind of 50's theme. Fun place and convenient location near the Royal Gorge Train Depot. Great milkshakes!
