I've only eaten there once, and the food was ok, but the coffee seemed really good. Also, the atmosphere is a little bland

A great place to stop off and refuel on the way through Canon City. Friendly service, wholesome food and great value. Exactly what we were looking for.

We had a very nice breakfast here before taking the Royal Gorge Railroad train ride. The service was very efficient and friendly. We had the granola, banana berry oatmeal and biscuit and gravy. All very good and more than reasonably priced! We would definitely eat here again on a return trip.

Several of us stopped in here for breakfast while we were in Canon City for a little weekend golf trip. The service was very good and the breakfast was also quite good. The prices are very reasonable and the portions just right. Would eat here again.

In the heart of old downtown Canon City, Colorado we found the Good Thyme Café and had a tasty, hearty breakfast. I had one of the "skillets"...smothered potatoes topped with onions, peppers, cheese and 2 fried eggs with a side of sourdough bread..HUGE portion and I almost ate the whole thing!! It was that good. Coffee was very tasty (and... More

Sometimes it's hard to find a place in a small town that has good vegetarian/vegan choices. Good Thyme Cafe had several options for us to choose from. The service was crazy fast in a very cute and comfortable setting. I completely recommend this cute place!

We tried the Carmel macchiato based on a review. Fantastic. Awesome little breakfast place tucked away on Main Street. Burritos were tasty as was a skillet. Much better than hotel buffet and chain restaurants. Reasonable prices.

This restaurant is located on Main St. in downtown Canon City. The dining room is roomy and the staff friendly. The food came out quickly and was superior. French toast was delicious, the bacon crisp and the coffee hot and tasty. Son's eggs and hash browns were well-prepared.

We were with a group of 15 who showed up for an early breakfast before our rafting trip --- our experience was spectacular!! We were waited on promptly and received our food in a short time. What amazed me was that all 15 food orders were served correctly as ordered. The food was above average and all prepared as ordered.... More

The service was excellent, and the food was good, but the place could use some sprucing up. Also, one waitress told us what the soup was, and when we went to order it from another waitress, she said there was no soup today! Also, how can a place be out of something as ordinary as bacon?
