Great food and wine!

The sea bass and wine recommendation made a meal I will not forget for a long time. Wait staff was attentive but not overly so. the Sunday brunch is worth having, too.

Great food all the way around. The pork chop was beyond generous and fantastic. Husband had lamb chops and daughter had bone in sirloin, good stuff. Could not believe how empty the restaurant was for a Sunday night. Wine flights are attractive and very open seating with option of outside.

Husband and I came up before the Boulder Boulder and wanted a nice meal and to relax. This is a very nice restaurant in the Omni Hotel. They also have the Tap room. I had the Ny Strip with Yukon mashed potatoes and asparagus and my husband had the spinach lasagna. The service was exceptional, the meal was fantastic including... More

An upscale restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed a beautiful supper. The Lamb Chops with a demi-glaze - cooked to perfection - were the best I've been served in the USA. Joey, our waiter & all the staff were very polite. I'd have done 5 Stars but my husband went for his 2nd day breakfast buffet & didn't get... More

Foods are very expensive and I've been to many expensive restaurant/hotel before and this one just doesn't cut it. The bread was old, or I just don't know what kind it was... I almost choke on it because it was so dry.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Omni Hotel. The wait staff is prompt and do a good job. The food is consistently very well done. The brunches are good but the breakfast are very yummy. Dinner is always tasty. Consistency is the hardest measure for a restaurant and I have dined here several times over the last year... More

Had dinner there. The service was very good and it is a very nice place. The sea bass was pretty good, but not the best. Overpriced for the food. Sea bass, 1 very plain salad, 1 glass of wine, 1 desert $71. The desert was the least expensive and the best tasting part of the meal.

I dined here for breakfast four days in a row while on a business trip. It was very good. I highly recommend the angel food French toast and the Waffle with Nutella and Bananas. The service was good on all but one day when breakfast took forever and then came out wrong...sometimes things happen. Beautiful view of the mountains from... More

Had a holiday dinner with 30 friends on a Wednesday night. The staff in the restaurant from the hostess to the waiters were outstanding. Since there were so many of us we were moving around from table to table visiting but the wait staff kept up beautifully. The food is always a little expensive but it was all top notch.... More

Had reservations for an early dinner on NYE. I believe our server was Francis. She was extremely nice and helpful with the menu as there was a four course option available that night. I decided to go with that but I was disappointed that my entire entree came out cold. The crab, the asparagus, the filet and the side sauces... More
