Don't let it fool you that this restaurant is in a hotel. This is our favorite "date night" place. Excellent service and wonderful food!

Service was fantastic and the food was just as good as the service. Pricey but well worth it. The fresh mozzarella caprese melted in your mouth. my NY strip was cooked to perfection but had a little too much fat. My girlfriend had the 16 spice chicken and that too was delicious as I had to finish up her plate.... More

I always dine at the Meritage when staying at the Omni Interlocken hotel. They have delicious burgers and steak - particularly the bison steak. And the staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable about the menu. I've eaten there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have always left happy.

This was a delightfully unexpected treat. My wife ordered a Chardonnay wine flight while I had my usual Bombay Sapphire martini. The wine flight was presented in the most elegant, artful way I have ever seen! (See picture) We commented on it and learned the spiriling metal holder had been designed specifically for this restaurant. The wine flight itself was... More

Not just a great hotel restaurant, but actually a great restaurant! We had both dinner and brunch there and loved both meals. Dinner special Snapper was great with a spicy habaniero sauce and the smoked Bison is fantastic. Server was friendly and knowledgeable. Wine list is good but expensive - what you'd expect in a place like this. Bottom line... More

A few girlfriends and I stayed at the Omni for a girls' weekend; we went to this restaurant for dinner and it was fabulous! We each had wedge salads, which were so yummy. We chose a bottle of wine, which was great. I ordered a filet which was prepared perfectly medium. The side of creamed spinach and ravioli was incredible.... More

We stayed in the interlocken omni hotel for a meeting this month, July 2013. We had breakfast at the Meritage. The breakfasts were excellent and choices were very good. The food seemed fresh and was very tasty. The choices ranged from regular eggs, bacon, etc. to various forms of benedict, waffles, pancakes and smoked salmon options. The service was extremely good.... More

Dinner was awesome, Last week I ordered the special sea bass over butter lettuce and ripe yellow tomatoes. Which it the spot. I usually have the Tyrannosaurs Reds wine flight. The Catena Malbec is the best and the other two are a throw for the tasting. I also had breakfast here the to get the Salmon Benedict you must go... More

A superior hotel restaurant with attentive and non-intrusive service. I had scallops and my companion had a steak. Both were good but my scallops had too much salt added during cooking. The creme brulee desserts were overly tarted up with whipped cream, a half strawberry and a chocolate dipped cookie embedded in the flan. Definitely for the sweetest of teeth!... More

Nice restaurant. Thought the menu was a bit overpriced for what you got. But, it is a resort and without a car--its tough to have other options.
