We really like the food at Santiago's. They have great green chili. The last few times we have visited, the service was very slow. We stopped by last week, and were totally ignored. We asked if we could sit in an open table and got a gruff "yeah." No one ever came by, or acknowledged that we were there. We... More

The food is good, the service is pretty fast and it is clean. Their Green Chili is hot so be sure to ask for it mild or half and half that is unless you like it super hot . The cost is not bad for what you get.

Really good food, but a dismal atmosphere. Take the food to go. They are noted for breakfast burritos, regular burritos, and a very nice green chili. They also have a take out onlynlocation on the West edge of Brighton.

This is apparently the original flagship location for the popular local chain, and it is totally out of control. They do not apparently have any working system of delivering meals or to go orders and busboys have to cut across lines of people waiting for orders In confined spaces stacked with miscellaneous restaurant equipment and mop buckets. The single menu... More

Best Breakfast Burrito in the Denver Metro Area. I have had the Santiago's Breakfast Burrito Challenge out there for almost 2 years now. The challenge is, if you can find me a breakfast Burrito better than Santiago's I will pay you 100 Bucks. It has to be from a restaurant and no home made cheaters! I have eaten across town... More

my co-worker who is 8 months pregnant and I made a to-go order for us on the phone and then drove to Santiago's to pick it up. When she was paying she only had our bank cards and they then informed her they only except cash. She didn't have any cash on her. The employee asked if she was going... More

The food is not as good as the other Santiago restaurants I've ate at. The customer service was I felt was rude and seemed like they didn't care. If you decide to go there I hope they are more pleasant.

The best thing about Santiago's is the green chili - we love the hot (and off the menu - extra hot). Many of our friends eat the 1/2 and 1/2 or even the mild. Breakfast burritos are $2 - you can't beat the price or the flavor! There are two in town - a drive through only on the west... More

This is by far the best Mexican food anywhere. The restaurant itself is simple, but the food is supreme. If you enjoy hot pork green chili, it is best ever. However, this is not for the weak of heart. The prices are fantastic. A small combo (burrito, taco, tostada, enchilada) is $7.00. WOW!! Brighton Colorado may not be your vacation... More
