This place is adorable. All rustic mine themed. Building is over 100 years old with tons of history and some articles on the wall for additional information. Food was great, service was okay. Not a ton of room in the place so you get a fair amount of attention from the staff. The added gratuity was only 15% so we... more

Three of us had breakfast at the Prospector the other day. Food was OK, service a bit slow, coffee a bit on the weak side, and the server added a gratuity to our bill "for our convenience.." more
