Good food, poor table.

Great service and wonderful food at this place. L shaped room and we were given the table on the corner of the L, which meant we were constantly being barged past, so I would recommend requesting NOT getting this table when booking. My wife and I had a great meal here on a weekday evening. Definitely make reservations well in advance. Our waiter was fantastic. He made recommendations, continually checked up on us, and was very pleasant. It's definitely pricey, but well worth it if you want a very nice meal out.

My sweetheart and I regularly attend National Repertory Orchestra Concerts in the summer in Breck. Our favorite meal before is the Saloon Bar. Food is outstanding and service as good. Price is reasonable. The main dining room is a treat for steaks and chops but is pricey. Atmosphere is "Old Gold Mining Days" elegance.

Excellent food and service. We did not have a reservation but had a meal in the bar. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good steak in Breckenridge.

We ate an early dinner here on a Friday night in March during our ski trip. We had made a reservation and when we walked in we were welcomed and immediately told our table was ready (how refreshing). Our server was prompt and knowledgeable and made several good menu suggestions. Our party of 4 enjoyed the foie gras and the... More

Some of the people we were with had been here over 20 years ago. We at here for my wife's birthday dinner. We are big steak people and Briar Rose did not disappoint. My wife got the 6 oz filet which is her standard. Two of us got the Beef skirt steak which they say is Australian Wagyu "Kobe Style".... More

We had our ski club go,for happy hour. We were thirty people entering all,at once. The waitresses and management were awesome. The Small, plates and two for one drinks were a great deal. The main menu looked very good but we were all full after the happy hour!

We sat in the bar and ordered cocktails and starters - they were all good! And it was happy hour on the drinks! The service was friendly, attentive, and prompt. We had the Mountain Manhattan and the White Hot Martini (hot!). We ordered starters - escargot, lamb tandoori, and potato chips with blue cheese and chives. The potato chips sound... More

We had a delightful dinner from start to finish. You absolutely need a reservation but to their credit everyone we saw arrive was immediately seated at their table. The food was quite good. I had filet and the temperature was perfect. Bernaise sauce was not quite as thick as usual but was very tasty and my wife had the special... More
