Family Dinner at Briar Rose

Tremendous service, wonderful setting, even better food. Everything that we ordered tasted great. A wide variety of different foods made everyone at the table happy. Would highly recommend Briar Rose to anyone visiting Breckenridge.

4 of us enjoyed a fantastic dinner in this small but quaint restaurant. Exceptional service, fab food. Steaks were excellent and the Colorado Lamb unbelievable. This restaurant is terrific.

Great food and service in a quaint restaurant off the Main Street of the town. Unique menu items like Elk Medallions and bacon wrapped Scallops, along with "the best macaroni and cheese in the world" made for a memorable meal.

The best place for happy hour in Breck. Really unique cocktails, (try the Unicorn's Escape!) and some amazing appetizers! My favorites are the escargot and the rosemary shrimp.

This restaurant was recommended and it did not disappoint. On the expensive side, but excellent food. Ala cart menu pushes the bill up($36 for the ribeye then have $9 for a side item). Try the wild mushroom sauce (another $4). Amy our server was fantastic and timing was perfect for us. Restaurant would get a 5 if simple sides were... More

We went to this restaurant because we had a 2 for 1 coupon. The experience was so nice that we plan to go back during our stay here in Breckenridge. The dinner was great, the wine yummy and the service was what you would expect with fine dining. A great find.

Have been to this restaurant many times, always having dinner in the bar area. The happy hour cant be beat for upscale martinis and small plates. It is a beautiful antique bar with attentive bartenders.

After reading several good reviews, our expectations were high. It was my sister's birthday, so we were celebratory. The cocktails and wine were good. The escargot and the chicken were excellent, but that is where it stopped. The steak at over $40 was sent back twice. I understand that the meat was not cooked well enough for our friend, which... everything about this experience was amazing. We did have reservations, and were actually given our choice of table. the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was cooked to perfection. the sausage trio was an amazing start, and both my prime rib and his bison short ribs were excellent....and the mac 'n cheese is a must have :) Highly... The food was very good but be aware that if you order your already $30+ steak, the sides have to be ordered separately. My husband and I expected to be wowed by the food since this place had such great reviews but we're disappointed when my steak came undercooked. The garlic parmasean thin cut fries were amazing.
