Had a great experience here in 2015, but Briar Rose has gone down hill! Had a 7:30 reservation for this place for two, a month in advance by the way, and they seat you at the wait stand! Not full, not surprising by the way, and they still can't find a better table? Staff not very accommodating and that is... More

Went in with some friends to enjoy a late night dinner on a Monday. Good sign that we had to wait awhile. We were seated in the bar area at a table suited for three, after our drink order was taken,we placed our order, the waiter was very prompt to let one of our guests know that the chop house... More

Let me start by saying I typically do not frequent restaurants as expensive as Briar Rose. The have a small menu and everything on the menu is superb. Their menu is completely A la Carte. If you want a steak that is all you get. If you add vegetables it cost extra (expensive but is sufficient for more than one... More

Everything about this meal was fantastic. The Mountain Manhattan was a wonderful prelude to the dinner. The bread and escargot was astounding. We split the Tomahawk bone-in rib eye, and it was perhaps one of the best steaks I have ever eaten, and that says a lot, as we go to steak houses on a somewhat regular basis. It was... More

Friends had told us about the happy hour and good food. Tried to make happy hour, but place was crowded, ended up waiting for table in the bar area. After about 45 minutes got a table. Table service very good, but a little disappointed in the prime rib sliders we ordered - they where cold. Will probably return, but with... More

We ate there twice while on vacation and were pleased with all. Sat at the bar one Wednesday night and were entertained by the bartender. Great drinks, food and service.

They also feature Elk Madellions which i thouroughly enjoyed. Buffalo short ribs, duckAll natural chicken and Rocky mt Trout. The choice petite filets were excelent although... More

We recently invited 8 customers for dinner during a ski outing. I chose Briar Rose because of a referral from a friend who had dinner there recently. The interior is beautiful and the food quality is excellent. The service was timely and our steaks were all cooked to temperature. There is also a large bar away from the restaurant inside... More

We dined at Briar Rose this week. They set our table at the bar which was a disappointment. Steak was good, but not special.
