Went for a late dinner on 11/13. Our server ( I think her name was Traci) greeted us promptly and got our drinks out right away. Downstair's at Eric's is a sports bar and a very good one. My ratings are for a sports bar, not a restaurant, or other. It is downstairs and underground with a game arcade on one side and the seating/bar area on the other. Eric's is a very touristy spot that offers simple food at a good price. Very basic bar food, etc. It's been in Breckenridge forever hence why it is so popular. I've been coming to Colorado for several summers and Eric's is a must visit on the trip. Very casual atmosphere, so if you are grubby after a hike, this is an ideal place to go. Everytime we go to Breckenridge we spend at least a couple lunchs at Erics. We enjoy the wide variety of food and the kids love the arcade. Their shirt logos read "Eric's, because everywhere else just sucks!" Pretty lame. The food is average at best. Sometimes it's bad. And the service is average. I wouldn't bother going here. more
We went to Eric's after a day of skiing to celebrate my son's 9th birthday. It was a 30 minute wait while most resturants had no wait. The resturant would have more traffic if it was not downstairs, it has a good cozy atmosphere. There is a game room to entertain the kids while you wait and a sports bar... more
