Large menu with anything that you could desire. Service was good and price was reasonable. We visit a few times during our stay.

We went there around 11 a.m. on day and both got hamburger/fries. I think we got out of there for around $ 20.00. There was a lot of people there mostly eating breakfast.

The menu was larger than average, and the pancake, omelette was solid and the hash browns were good. I Had the hazelnut coffee blend, it was better than average. The service was pretty slow vs. average breakfast restaurants. -MacMaximum

Did breakfast (which is served "all day") at the Columbine. We were there at 11am on a Thursday morning (off season) and the place was packed full with a slight wait to be seated ( a GOOD sign I guess). The food came really quickly, and was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Service was good, although I think the server was... More

Although we went for lunch, their breakfast selections sounded so good my husband ordered the hash with eggs and hash browns and it was delicious. I opted for the tortilla soup with a side Caesar salad and asked them to top it with grilled chicken breast. Both were very good. Since it was a nice day we sat outside and... More

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Breck. Not anymore. I went in today hoping to eat at 1:30 because on Google their listing says they're open till 2:30. I walked in and was waiting for a table and one of the employees looked at me, didn't say anything, flipped their sign to closed and... More

Based on blogs saying the locals flock here for breakfast we headed over. Waited close to 45 minutes which later became clear is just poor management, not demand -- the kitchen is slow and they don't turn tables quickly with plenty of wait staff on hand. The food is just average breakfast fare. Even their "legendary" homemade corned beef hash... More

Granted - we went during the mud season - but the breakfast, although there was quantity - it totally lacked quality. hash browns were luke warm and my spouse had the benedict - it was a mess.

We enjoyed breakfast here on a Sunday morning. We did have to wait 25 minutes or so to be seated. The bar area was next to the waiting area, so I stood up there and thought I could order our lattes while we waited. The lady working behind the bar was making drinks for others, but she never even said... More

After putting our name on the list for table for 4, the hostess brought us coffee while we stood around. The place was recommended to us for their eggs Benedict selections. Huge portions, easily share-able. One of the eggs was not exactly to order and the waitress replaced it promptly. Bustling environment, a bit loud. Everyone enjoyed their food.
