Corned Beef Hash to Die For!

My husband liked the corned beef hash so much we came back twice in a two day visit. The eggs were cooked to order and the French toast was tasty. Don't forget to order the fresh squeezed orange juice served super cold

Great little breakfast joint, locals love eating here just not on the weekends. Place gets very busy but if your up for the wait its totally worth it. Food is amazing

One of the best breakfast places in Breckenridge for sure. We have eaten there at least a dozen times in two visits to Breck. We will continue eating there every visit. The Corn Beef Hash is to kill for...

Six of us had breakfast on a Sat morning. Luckily, we got there around 9 and only had a short wait. When we left, there were people standing & waiting everywhere - go earlier or expect to wait (at least on a weekend). The food was really good - the veggie scramble was a big hit, excellent bacon and french... More

The corned beef hash alone is reason to visit the Columbine Café, a popular spot among both locals and tourists. Their corned beef hash, which I chose as part of the CBH Eggs Benedict, is incredible. They smoke their own meat which is left in bite size pieces in the dish. The Benedict in general was good, with a well-made... More

We had both breakfast and lunch at the Columbine. The whole wheat pancakes and Mexican scramble were delicious. Homemade kale, sausage and potato soup was very tasty. Great , friendly service too.

We stumbled upon this place at 7:25am on Saturday morning and there was already a long line waiting to get in. Our server was lovely and the food was good. We thoroughly enjoyed this gem!

Very good local restaurant for breakfast. Very friendly service, good food, and reasonable prices, what more can you ask for?
