Nice little place to eat breakfast either inside or outdoors. Nothing fancy but the service is great! We had French toast and wheat pancakes and they were good- huge portion so split it with a friend! Bacon was crispy.

We heard so much about this restaurant, and it's packed on the weekends. Our experience was not bad - but, nothing extraordinary, either. The eggs were okay, the bread - just bread, and the potatoes were fair. We had some green chili which was good - but, not great. The service was spotty - and our orders had a variety... More

I heard so much about this place, so I put it on the must visit list. We were the first customers in the morning and we were met with less than average greeting and service. The food was average at best and did not live up to its reputation. Very disappointed!

Although near the end of Main Street, the Blue Moose is a must visit for breakfast. There are many selections for both the finicky and adventurous eaters. Our party selections ranged from oatmeal and fruit, to flavorful omelets, to unforgettable burritos with eggs, chorizo and green chilies. Although cash is required for breakfast, there is an ATM on site. As... More

Disappointing at best. Ordered a steak and egg scramble--terrible. "Steak" was not freshly cooked as described on the menu. Eggs were clearly pre-cooked and the scramble ingredients-green peppers, onions, mushrooms, were also pre-made. Top it all off with cheese (I think it was cheese) to hide what was underneath. Food aside, waitress was very pleasant and prompt for a very... More

My husband had been told that this place had a great breakfast, so we got up early and we went. There was a line, but the wait for 4 of us was only 15-20 minutes. The food took a long time and was mediocre at best. The service was terrible as our waitress never came back to check on us... More

We read mixed reviews, but on a friend's recommendation decided to try The Blue Moose for our last breakfast in Breck. We were seated immediately at about 10:15 am on a Saturday, which was GREAT as everyone was starving. Food came very quickly with friendly service. The famous pancakes were HUGE, and we had many leftovers. They were tasty, but... More

Eggs - so so. Pancakes - OK (go to Columbine) Cinnamon roll (go to Daylight Donut). Coffee - go anywhere else. Large milk = 6 ounces. Cash only. No credit cards or debit cards. But you can use their private ATM.
