I am not a pushover when it comes to rating restaurants. I eat out 5 nights a week and travel quite a bit. On this trip it was just the guys going on a golf trip and one of the guys booked all the dinner reservations. I probably would not have booked Twist. It isn't exactly a pretty restaurant, even... We have walked past this restaurant for years never going in, not sure why. We had an excellent meal tonight and will plan on coming back again. Service was excellent. The food was very fresh and full of flavor. We had two different salads all of which were huge and very good. My husband had the 12 oz steak special... More

A friend and I were in town for a girls weekend. We had gone to happy hour earlier in the day and with the altitude were not starving. However, we thought we should eat something. Twist was the perfect choice. We wondered in and got two salads and some of the tortilla soup. The service was nice the vibe is... More

We ate here as had a very good meal the previous night at Relish. This place had a different atmosphere but the meal was still very good. The portions were very large though and we had to leave some of our starters to make sure we had room for the main courses - even then we had to leave a... More

Is the food groundbreaking? No, but it's good. We really enjoyed eating at Twist. The restaurant itself is welcoming. A nice, modern renovation of a nineteenth century Victorian home. The outdoor patio is lovely. The bartender, the manager, and our waiter (it did take some time for her to warm up) were all pleasant. I thought the atmosphere was very... More

We ate at Twist last night. When we arrived and were escorted to our table we sat for 10 minutes before any of the wait staff even spoke to us. Several of us ordered drinks which took quite a time to come up from the bar. We ordered a couple of appetizers which were actually pretty good but they came... More

This is a nice upscale dining experience in Breckenridge. The menu is creative and has numerous selections we will go back and try in the future. Our dinner was very enjoyable, the service was good and price was fair. While creative the food had a comfort food quality to it. Serving sizes were more than adequate. My only negative observation... More

First, you must eat on the patio. And you should arrange it such that you have the view of the mountains before your dinner partners realize you cheated them out of it. Second, it doesn't matter what you order...it will be spectacular. I tasted everything on every person's plate at our table (excluding the toddler, who backwashes and returns portions... More

We enjoyed sitting at the bar, and sharing small plates and wine. Great atmosphere, fresh food. Broad wine selections. Enjoyed it!
