A new restaurant in Breckenridge built on the reputation and talent of Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw. "Never rest on your laurels," are words Scott lives by and this is evident in his globally-influenced menu and the contemporary styling of this historical Victorian home. This was my first trip to Breckenridge CO. Usually, I tend to plan my trips in advance as I like to know where I can enjoy some good local food. I asked a local friend who recommended three restaurants: Heartstone, Ember and Relish. So, I decided to read some reviews for each restaurant and as a consequence I immediately excluded... More

The bartender here is excellent and the chef is out of this world awesome! Todd has you covered when it comes to service, knowledge of the dishes and serves probably the best drink in Breck, the Sexy Woman! If you like a Mexican flair on a salad that Aaron Sanchez would die for, get their Taco Salad! Flavors jump out... More

This was a birthday dinner and we weren't disappointed. The appetizer (boar medallions) were very good--not too much, just enough. I chose the scallops served with spaghetti squash and was very pleased with the portions and the flavor. This not a place for children but well suited for adults with discriminating pallets. It's worth a try so you can form... More

We had heard a lot a great things about Ember, and were excited when we stopped by and they were able to get us in after a last minute cancellation. We ate on the third floor, which was cozy and had an inviting atmosphere. The staff was great from the hostess to our waiter. We both ordered the veal with... More

Sat, Feb 6, 5:30PM upstairs for two. The chef should be forced to try his creations before he sends it out of the kitchen, ( and at least the owner or manager should taste whats coming out of their kitchen... blah). Chef should get an awarded for discovering how to make the worlds most dried out veal, mixed with most... More

Was excited to eat at Embers based on other's reviews. We were so disappointed! The menu on the website seemed to accommodate our family of four. The menu in the monthly Breckenridge restaurant guide, while different, had variety. The menu that was presented... While foodies may appreciate the obscure menu--pumpkin lasagne...with currants?; taco salad that we had to look up... More

Incredible food, amazing ambiance! My fiancé had the scallops, I had the New York wagyu and added scallops. Best dish I have had in a long time! Will recommend to everyone for sure

Ember is a great spot for a mellow evening to share desserts and drinks! Great service and cool hip feel to this spot off the main strip.
