Upon entering you feel the atmosphere is very cozy and warm. Then we were greeted by our server Jake Greenhaus who immediately answered all of our questions and my friend ordered off of his recommendation for the Enogada, stuffed jalapeno pepper. I ordered the scallops and the green papaya salad that was the side was just as incredible as the... More

This place is truly the 'Best of Breckenridge'......everything was perfection- from the service to the food. We have eaten at many of the establishments in Breckenridge, but somehow we have always 'missed' Ember. We had drinks, appetizers, entree and dessert, and everything was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back here (again, and again!)

We had an amazing night at Ember! First off, the food was delicious. Instead of bread, they serve Indian papadum and a flavored raita. So yummy. Then for the entree I had the scallops which were really uniquely done and delicious. And finally for dessert we had a chocolate cake that had a homemade pixie stick in it filled with... More

we LOVED this place. i'm vegetarian, so the only entree for me was the stuffed pepper, which luckily was awesome. went off season and really got to talk to the terrific staff and owner and even see the kitchen! can't wait to fly out and go again.

Embers has it All--menu, staff, wine--have owned a second home here for 10 years & nothing compares to this restaurant. Our waiter, Parker, provided spot-on recommendations; every request was met enthusiastically by the entire staff & Chef exceeded our expectations.

We have been to Breckenridge many times and the one place we keep coming back to is Ember.  This restaurant is the real deal.  With the culinary creativeness of owner/chef Scott B, Ember equals or surpasses the top restaurants in the country.  But there certainly is no pretentious here.  The atmosphere is warm and welcoming as are the gracious staff. ... Best restaurant in Breckenridge, maybe in Colorado? Fantastic, creative menu, with outstanding service, too. A must visit for us every time we are in town. Romantic, but kid friendly, too, if you need it.

Such a warm and sexy vibe, felt so cozy and romantic. The staff were knowledgable and helpful with suggestions, just the right amount of attention. Terrific wine selections with very reasonable prices. The food selections were varied, good vegetarian choices too. Do treat yourself, reservations not required but advised.

Great place for apps and drinks from 4 to 6 pm. Appitizers are 1/2 price as are all wines and many dribks. Bartender knows the area and knows him wines and liquors. Great entees as well.

As usual, I rely on Trip Advisor to find the best restaurant. Our experience was very nice. Our server was one of the best. (Amber). She has a great manner. She wasn't around too much or too little, it was perfect. We went with her suggestions and were not disappointed. The Shrimp and Grits appetizzer was something my BF wanted... More
