Excellent! The imaginative blend of flavors and spices keeps us coming back to Ember. I have eaten at some of the finest restaurants around the globe and when I want a great meal at a fair price I always stop here when I am in Breckenridge. This time we ate here twice it was so good! One thing I learned... More

Clearly the link between front of house and kitchen enables this establishment to operate at its fullest potential. The creativity and execution from the chef delivers outstanding food in a delightful setting. We really enjoyed ourselves, thank you Ember.

Ember was recommended to me by a local and former local the last time I was in Breckenridge. We missed it, but went skiing again for closing weekend at Copper Mountain, April 2015. We planned a trip to Breckenridge just to go and eat at Ember. It did not disappoint! Our server was Parker, who was knowledgeable, fun, and hilarious.... More

A very quiet evening, (during the slow season), with impeccable service and both appetizers (Kindle) and Entree (Blaze) were fabulous. Sorry we didn't have room left for dessert, all of which sounded very good. We did have a special treat however--we were sitting near a window and saw a very bushy tailed red fox walking down the street in front... More

Something worrying is happening in Breckenridge. For the last fifteen years or so the quality of the restaurants is deteriorating. Good restaurants have closed and in the same premises cheap and characterless eateries have sprung! Is this reflecting the demand of the visitors nowadays? Ember uses the premises of the now defunct Alpine. The good news is that they are... More

Food pairings were thoughtful, harmonious, and creative. We couldn't have found a single thing to improve. Such a treat to find an outstanding restaurant in a resort town that is also good value. We left very happy!

We had dinner at S.Valentine night. We were lucky to find a table, but were surprised by a quality dinner with special menu, but the snapper and the tuna were the best. The selection of wine was also quite good and counted with a variety of wines for everybody.

The martini's I ordered were dangerously smooth. So good, made with fresh ingredients. The bartender was super friendly and made great drinks. The bar itself is pretty cramped, low ceilings and a bit of an awkward layout. We probably wouldn't go again unless we were with a group who didn't care about atmosphere. We didn't eat there but I've heard... More

Was hoping for a nice family meal and that what this restaurant is best for. Service was friendly but strained as our waiter had to service tables on 3 levels. I have an 8&11 year old and selection is very limited. My wife and I had venison and it was ok. 2 chunks of beef sounded by sprouts ( not... More
