My Wife and I dine at Ember regularly, and are always eager to try something new and exciting. Scotty (the Chef) is a genius, and it shows in his food and loyal following. On our recent visit, we began w/ the lobster empanada, softshell crab lettuce wrap, and caprese salad. For the main course I had the New York Strip... More

Ember is touted as INTERNATIONAL COUSINE. If you call a random mix of tastes and textures international, then it is. Food was mediocre. Service was good, ambience was a bit rustic. Guys, lose the cold mashed edamame. It isn't guacamole and it doesn't go well on a hot entree.

I went with my wife a celebrated her birthday on Tuesday night. The decor is nice, clean, and modern. The menu is creative and exciting. The wine and drink menu is very good. Our service was great and it was romantic. I would recommend this place as one of the top two or three top places in town for a special... More

My friend and I frequent this bar often enough. I mean, I'm not going to say we are lushes...we just don't want to go anywhere else! The bar has a great atmosphere and be sure to ask for Todd who always knows what you will like, what drinks go with what dishes and will make the experience memorable. Food is... More

Celebrated my wife's birthday at Ember in March 2013, the food was excellent, as was the service. The atmosphere was both welcoming and relaxed. We have been going to Breck for our ski holidays for over 10 years and Ember is now our favourite restaurant there.

We had a nice meal here but I wasn't blown away as much as I have been at some other Breck restaurants. Service was very good but I didn't love the atmosphere.

Wife and I loved everything about the meal. Great snowfall outside, and a great atmosphere inside. We both had great meals....get the venison!...and it was priced appropriately. Prepared to perfection as well. Service was superb and friendly. One of our Breck favorites.

OK I have to admit the cocktails and the apps were good. The main courses were all trying way too hard. I am a chef and a foodie and felt that this place just missed the mark totally. They said they had a big table upstairs and at least they redeemed themselves by giving my friend a $50 gift card.... More

Ember has never disappointed us! From the warm welcome (thanks, Jonathan!) and the professional wait staff...to the inventive and delicious food, we make it a point to eat here at least once whenever we're in Breckenridge. Note also that the Ember bar echoes the great ambience of the dining room, and has a terrific "Euphoric Hour."

Had we eaten here earlier in the week, we might not have gone anywhere else! We started with the Lobster Carnival and the Asian Pepper appetizers. Both were excellent, but the lobster dish was the favorite. We ordered four different entrees and four different desserts and sampled them all. All of the food was fantastic. Service was impeccable.
