Elegant Dining and Amazing Food!

Small number of tables in an elegant setting. Great for couples, not so friendly toward kids. Conveniently located off main street in downtown Breckenridge. The food here was OUTSTANDING! The chef took inspiration from Indian, cuban, and other cuisine and merged it with American staples. All... read more

We chose this restaurant based on the positive feedback on TripAdvisor. We regretted it. It was overpriced with very little selection. The food was fine, except the steak was very grisly, not a cut of meat you would expect at a fine dining establishment.

This place was a WOW. If you like great, eclectic food and drinks don't miss this place when you visit Breckenridge. We understand the cook uses his travel's to inspire his dishes - and it appears what we enjoyed had a thai/asian influence. There were so many interesting and exciting choices on the menu, we had to settle on one... More

All I can say is WOW on customer service! We made a reservation on open table only a few hours ahead & mentioned we were celebrating an anniversary. We were greeted by a friendly host who immediately wished us a happy anniversary - and it got even better, waiter bright us complimentary glasses of sparkling rose, food was amazing, had... More

Our visit to Ember sparked a flavorful journey through culinary diversity. Among our party of 5 we sampled 2 of the kindles; a soup and salad, we also enjoyed 4 different entrees, all proving to be deliciously unique. We ended our meal with 3 of the smoldering sweets. Ember offers a kaleidoscope of flavors certain to please any palette. Reserve... More

We had a very nice meal. It's great but lace that's not overly loud. Not a terribly large menu. But we enjoyed very much what we ordered.

This is a fairly contemporary restaurant with great food and service. I wanted a doggie bag for the lentil chips served at the beginning of the meal. We were there on a rainy night but if the weather is good there is also an outdoor patio with lovely views.

For a truly unique dinner, dine at this restaurant. From the friendly host, to the very tasteful interior and the very unique menu formed by the owner/manager/chief, even for Breckenridge, this is not your routine high level restaurant. And please don't bring kids, for this is a quiet, relaxed, expensive restaurant for adult enjoyment. My lamb steak was excellent, prepared... More

There are always unexpected, fun and tasty combinations on the menu, and this menu is exceptional! My husband is a sucker for soft shell crab so he didn't look any farther down the menu. Soft shell crab slider with cricket guacamole - it was delicious. ( see photo). I had the antelope lettuce wraps - mmmm goooood! Don't miss this... More

I love how Chef Boshaw has taken his travels and incorporated into his meals. We had a great time trying appetizers ( soft crab , grapefruit salad) For dinner I had the Pork cooked to perfection and my husband had the Monk fish. I am looking forward to more creations from Chef Boshaw
