Description: A new restaurant in Breckenridge built on the reputation and talent of Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw. "Never rest on your laurels," are words Scott lives by and this is evident in his globally-influenced menu and the contemporary styling of this historical Victorian home. We invite you for apres-ski at the bar, a casual dinner with friends, or a romantic evening. Put a spark in your night. Let us warm your soul.

This restaurant just happened to be close to where we were staying, looked very nice when we passed by, and so we stopped to make a dinner reservation - glad we did. The decor is pleasant, the service was a little cold but proficient, the menu was very eclectic and interesting. On paper, it was difficult to visualize how the... More

I travel a lot and so I eat in many different type of places . . mostly out of necessity. Most tourist spots have the usual giant steak places, all you can eat place, and the usual; list of franchise places. This is a real "Chef owned" place. Scott Boshaw really knows what to do to make creative and healthy... More

We always catch a dinner or two at Ember during our week in Breckenridge. Reliably great food, reasonable prices, and excellent service.

It seems that the chef places more emphasis on presentation than the food itself. Our meal started out on the right foot with a tasty cream of potato soup with jalapeno corn bread. However, our main courses were disappointing. My Wagyu beef dish, while visually appealing, was so tough that I felt like I was sawing through wood. The attention... More

18 Friends converged on Breck from all parts of USA to celebrate my 60th birthday. Ember hosted the dinner in wonderful style. I worked with Max and chef/owner Scott Boshaw who devised an incredible menu. They both worked with me on wine pairings with the help of a very personable Jonathan behind the bar, and were very generous with both... More

Ember is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Breck! The food is creative, unique, and, most importantly, always delicious. Our server, Parker, was attentive and very helpful, but also hilarious and made our dinner so fun! We were celebrating a birthday and he made sure to make it extra special.

We had a cocktail party at Embers for 20 people and it was fabulous. The ambiance, food, drink, staff and total experience was great. We would definitely do this again. Great place to eat and enjoy your friends and family. Super job Max and staff!

Ember never fails. Our waiter Jake is one of the best in the mountains. Attentive, offered great suggestions, very pleasant. The food is outstanding and creative. Owner/Chef Scottie B and his staff do a great job. He even welcomed us in his kitchen with a round of hugs. Also one of only a few spots in Breck where you can... More
