I was dining alone and the host and server were fabulous! Had the scallops which were perfectly cooked...to top off an evening of a warm, inviting atmosphere and great food, I had the privilege of meeting the chef/owner!!! Don't wait to visit...Ember is special!

We have a seasonal home in Breck and have dined at Ember multiple times. It is an absolute gem and completely worth every minute spent there. This is where the art of preparation, cooking, and presentation of food is truly magical. Chef/owner Scott is a culinary artist. His knowledge of food science, nutrition and diet is as good as any... Wandering around Breckenridge looking at menus, this one appeared to be among the most interesting. It proved to be an excellent choice. The cuisine and the cocktails were inventive and the food quite delicious. I had the monkfish, which was prepared excellently. Another in the party had the scallops and pasta, and proclaimed his scallops "the best ever." A third... More

I have been to Ember dozens of times. Never had a bad meal. Great service, ambiance, and of course food. The menu is always changing, making every meal special! Go hang out at the bar with Todd, you will not be sad.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Ember. The lamb cheek tacos were superb as we're the scallops and buffalo. If you like a restaurant with a creative twist and knowledgable service Ember is the one.

Scallops were excellent, lemon grapefruit homemade ice cream was out of this world! The carnitas appetizer was wonderful. Service was quick, plentiful, and very polite

Very interesting menu choices. The lobster chowder was superb as were the pistachio dusted scallops. Excellent wine selections too with a wide price range. Great service from our waiter Jake.

It was our first experience at Ember & we loved it. I especially loved the lamb cheek tacos & my partner loved the Korean salad. We also tried the scallops & the Hamachi appetizer; both were also very very good. We finished the night with the daily ice cream. Tonight's was lime, grapefruit & rose water. It was easily in... Interesting and fun menu. We loved the pizza and Korean salad. Kids menu had pizza, fish, meat. My 7yr old ordered the fish which was delicious. My 12 & 10yr old ordered off the adult menu as usual. I think my 10yr old may have been happier with the kids meal. Overall an interesting dinner for all.

We went there to try a new experience to help my wife at work. We loved the food and came back the next day for happy hour. The servers were the best we had and the food was better than places twice the price.
