Great Vegan Dinner

My wife and I stopped in Ember for a drink and met a great bartender Todd. We explained that we were Vegans and they absolutely rolled the red carpet out for us even though we did not give them any lead time. The Chef, who is the owner, and his crew made us a five star three course meal. The... read more

Went to Breckenridge for a week, arriving on Saturday. First night, didn't want to cook, and thought we had reservations on Sunday at Ember. Someone made a mistake in our group and never really made reservations. Called and Max told us there were no reservations for Sunday, but they could seat us at 7:30 on Saturday. PERFECT! Breckenridge is very... More

Three words: Antelope Lettuce Wraps. It started there and got even better! Excellent food, fantastically creative menu, superb wine list. Very worth a visit when you are in town. Lovely patio seating with great music playing.

First of all, the bar is very cool and the mixologist, Todd, makes several awesome custom cocktails and is also quite an entertainer. The food is great and the setting is wonderful.

My wife accompanied our daughter and friends (group of 14) to Breck for our daughter's bachelorette party. They went to Ember for drinks and dinner Friday, June 5th. Their group started in the bar area and enjoyed visiting with Todd and the rest of the bar team. Todd made them some delicious drinks. They loved the sexy woman-made with Todd's... More

Very poor start to what turned out to be a good meal. I didn't say great or even very good. Some excellent highlights sandwiched between some poor or average elements. To start with I was not greeted or acknowledged for close to 5 minutes even though no less than three employees passed within 2 feet of where I was standing.... More

Ember was truly a great dining experience. The restaurant is fitted into what must have been a house at some point. As such, tables and dining spaces are tucked away throughout the building, creating intimate and quiet spaces for a nice dinner. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. However, the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. We... More

A reasonably priced fine dining experience is difficult to find in a ski town but this is clearly the spot where elegant plates and décor meet value. A block off Main Street, Ember features a split, three-level dining area with stylish and chic decorations that will capture your attention until your more stunning and carefully designed and arranged plate arrives.... i was excited to eat here. I had seen the rave reviews and I loved the name. The menu read well but the food was just so-so. It seemed like the they were trying a little too hard to blend mountain cuisine (elk) with Santa Cruz style (blueberries) I will go back and try it again but I will sit... More
