My husband and I went to Ember while vacationing in Breckenridge and it was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. The food was incredible, the atmosphere very relaxed and intimate, and the service was outstanding. We started with the soup of the day, which was a serrano chili tomato bisque and was packed with flavor. My husband... More

We went back to Ember on our most recent trip to Breck and enjoyed our meal even more than the first time we visited! The atmosphere is very romantic and cozy and the food is something to remember! They also are very accommodating to those with food allergies.

We were looking forward to our evening at Ember having seen great reviews of the food. We ordered a hare pie and lobster starter - rather disappointed to find the pie was actually a pizza or rather a flat bread. The flavours sounded exciting but if was fairly bland and lacking the gamey tastes we expected. I had the lobster... More

We had a party of seven enjoy the world class culinary experience at Ember and a wait staff that was tremendous. The menu selections were unbelievable and we ordered every item on the dinner menu except one. Plates and portions were moving all over the table and everyone claiming to have the best item on the menu!! Great wine list... More

Ember has one of the most amazing and delightful menus anywhere. Everything sounded so good (but unusual set of ingredients for everyday type entrees). They have a very special chef. Get the hare pie appetizer--best of everything we had. The Bao Buns with lobster was also terrific. The duck breast was our favorite entree. Just look on line at the... More

My husband and I recently dined at Ember and in spite of perfect snow and cloudless skies, it was one of the highlights of our stay in Breckenridge. The restaurant is beautiful but not stuffy and the staff was knowledgeable and attentive. We eat out often, both in the US and Europe, and I must say that the selections at... More

This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in Breckenridge. Our server, Parker, was absolutely fantastic. He was enthusiastic and had really great recommendations. My parents have dined here a few times and each time raved about Parker's service as well as the food and ambiance. We enjoyed some lovely wines off the list. The food was... More

Went to Ember with another couple who we have know for a lifetime but had not seen in many years. In the middle of a great evening we had a truly great meal. The food has flair and is worth more than a try. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, letting you know of all the ingredients. This is a... More

I ate at Ember twice during my time in Breckenridge. I have to say both times were phenomenal! I highly reccommend eating here. However if you are not into 'different' flavors and combinations; dont waste your time! This is not your average run-of-the-mill chain restaurant that serves nachos and burgers and fries. The menu is small which makes choosing a... More
