Ember was always our favorite restaurant in Breckenridge and the first one we booked whenever we were in town -- great atmosphere, creative cocktails, excellent food & service, but our last visit there in December was so disappointing that we didn't even return when we were back in March! There were 8 of us and I think only one of... More

At the end of a fabulous two week holiday in breck we celebrated our last night at ember. Eight of us for dinner and not one slight complaint from anyone......superb food and service. Disappointed not to have visited sooner!

We lived in Chicago for 10 years and have been looking for great food since moving to Orange County 8 years ago. Happened to have dinner here and it was amazing. My husband had NY steak and I had butternut squash lasagna. It was out of this world!,,

This is a nice smaller restaurant just off Main Street. I found to food to be pretty good. I had the sea bass and enjoyed it.

We asked a woman on the street for directions and she struck up a conversation with us. Turns out she is the owner/chef's mother and recommended this restaurant to us. We quickly made reservations for that night. The food was excellent and what I would consider "high end". The plates were unique and everyone loved their meal. Our waiter was... More

We are year-round breckenridge residents, and work in the service industry here in town. My girlfriend and I had the evening off, so we decided to have a nice dinner at Ember (our 2nd time dining at the restaurant). I'm not sure if the waiter was filling in for someone, or if they had just pulled someone off the street... More

Our group of 6 had a great dinner and a memorable night at Ember. Food was spectacular, and our server Brandon took such good care of us we even got a tour of the kitchen and the opportunity to meet Chef Scott and bar master 'the Todd'. These guys really try and deliver the whole experience- creative food, delicious drinks... More

Once again, we visited Ember during our ski holiday and had a great evening celebrating my wife's birthday. Ember has a welcoming ambience and the meals we had were superb, I had the pear salad and the elk, Jan had the pork belly and sea bass...all highly recommended. The service from all the staff was also excellent. Don't miss this... More

We were there with friends and had one of the best meals we have ever had. Jake G was our waiter and had excellent recommendations for us from the soup to the wine and entrees. Our group had the elk and scallops and we would recommend them highly!

Just had a fabulous meal at Ember! Our waiter, Jake G. Never steered us wrong! His dinner and wine recommendations as well as his service were top notch. The Elk is not to be missed! They also make the best Moscow Mule around! Can't wait to come back!
