The new owners serve better fare than the previous 2 Mexican joints at this location. We both had chicken enchiladas which were pretty decent. I also had the crispy chile relleno which I really liked. The accompanying rice & refries were both good as well. Portion sizes were good and the prices reasonable. I suspect this place will get more... More

Always a good sign to eat at a Mexican restaurant where the customers speak Spanish. Great happy hour deals from 2 to 6 every day. Not fussy or snobby and good prices for Boulder. We'll be back!

I would like to start off by saying the food is true Mexican cuisine, it is the best food I have had just about anywhere! The Owner and Son's personally makes the food taste better if at all possible, they are some of the best people I have meet , they make you feel at home the second you walk... More

My first meal at Rincon, shortly after they opened, was the carmarones con crema and I thought I was in heaven. So rich and flavorful. I had to order the same thing each of my next 3 visits because I didn't think food could get any better. Since then, I <have> tried other dishes and we visit at least once... More

We went here for lunch after landing. I was craving Mexican food and needless to say, I was highly disappointed. It wasn't that it was bad food; just highly mediocre in a state that boasts some of the best Mexican around. salsa was mediocre at the best and the chips were boring. The servers were nice and maybe this place... More

This is a great break from all the snobbish restaurants in Boulder. Great food... Great service... Great people. Can't ask for more. Most definitely a 5!

Had parking for game day so tried the margaritas and dinner. Based on other reviews tried the carne Asada burritos and were definitely not disappointed. Tender well seasoned meat was delicious! House margaritas were okay .. Might go for the original instead

The marinated steak for the carne asada is the best in town. And you can't beat the price. I've eaten here over the last 3 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. They even play the Broncos games.

This restaurant serves some of the best Mole Poblano that i have found in Colorado. The service is attentive, friendly and prices are reasonable. The kitchen is quite consistent, I have only been there a few times over the past 7 years when i have visited Boulder, however the flavors have stayed true.
