We wanted a light meal and this place fit the need. Little style tacos with unique fillings was perfect.

I went here with my mom for drinks and apps. She ordered a green apple mojito and I had the Aji margarita - both drinks were very good with just the right amount of alcohol so as not to drown out the fruity taste of the drinks. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par...We had 3 empanadas - poblano,... More

This restaurant happened to be right around the corner from our hotel. We were attracted by the atmosphere and decided to give it a shot. So glad we did! We shared three small plates and it was plenty for two. The highlight was the gnocchi. Easily the best we've ever had! If you're interested in a nice casual yet sophisticated... More

We went in for a nice glass of wine and something light. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather as well. We were seated at a quaint outdoor table for two and our server was Nic. He was wonderful! He was very helpful in his suggestions from the menu as well as places to go while in town.... More

Tried this out as we had a coupon for free Bloody Mary's. Menu is interesting and everything we got was very good. Particularly liked the Empenadas and the Colorado Bass. Nice spices, good presentation, wide variety. The ambiance is nice enough - big windows open onto the outdoor seating so you can sit inside and still feel like you're outside.... More

We drove by and decided to Check it out based on the name. Aji Amarillo is used in a lot of Peruvian dishes. My husband is Peruvian and we have eaten in a lot of different cities around the world. The menu did have dishes that were obviously from all over Latin America---empanadas, tacos, etc. We ordered papa huacaina and... More

A wonderful brunch experience for my Mother's day. Food was creative, unique and fresh. Mimosas were good. The ambiance lovely. My daughter is a vegitarian and she had many choices. Her food too was excellent. A fun delicious experience.

Although most people think of dinner when considering Aji, I was totally blown away by their breakfast. It was imaginative, beautifully presented and delicious. Great breakfast experience.

We visit Aji about once a month, sometimes more when the weather is nice. We especially like taking out-of-towners here, because the outdoor seating is so pleasant. Just a bit off the Pearl Street Mall, you get the benefit of people watching without feeling crowded and get a lot of sunshine. We particularly like their Happy Hour as prices are... More
