Fine dining in Boulder

On Our second visit ever to Frasca the food was good but service was slow. The pasta course was most delicious and the first course also varied and very good. Vegetarian third course was somewhat lacking in flavor. Expensive restaurant for the area and portions are small. Good wine selection and... read more

The cuisine is delicious. Nice atmosphere. Small portions but high quality. Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or treat yourself. Make sure you make reservations.

My man and I came her for a birthday celebration and it was absolute delight to dine here. The food was amazing, but nothing compared to the service we received. Everyone that waited on us was in a good mood and were able to answer any questions we had. We ordered the 7 course option and every one was amazing.... More

This is a wonderful gourmet restaurant with Northern Italian cuisine, but if you wish to drink wine we recommend you choose your own bottle or glass of wine rather than selecting the $95.00 per person "Wine Pairings" option. We have now eaten at Frasca on two occasions. On both occasions the meals and service were outstanding. In our most recent... More

Recent dinner for anniversary and was just what my wife and I expected from this top level restaurant. We have always wanted to eat here, but found out reservations are tough to come by and not a last minute or prior week decision unless lucky. We made our reservations about 6 weeks in advance to make sure we got this... More

$500 for two. Unique and delicious dishes, small portions, with a lovely and professional presentation but nothing can justify the sticker shock. If you have time and money to burn - this is the place for you.

Each course was a triumph of balance and flavors, highlighted by fresh ingredients, impeccable technique, and innovative recipes. They were extremely nice to accommodate us for my birthday at very late notice as we had just gotten into town. Without being pretentious or snooty, they treated us like VIP's and delivered on every level. Thank you, Frasca!

Eating at a restaurant with this caliber of food, wine and service should be considered an event (a culinary adventure) and not a meal. Enjoying the performance of the mixture of wine and food with outstanding service is what makes this financially worthwhile. The multi-course dishes are modest in size but it is the tasting of the mixture of foods... More

We managed to get a table in the kitchen with the chefs and had a outstanding tasting experience. We elected to have the 4 course tasting menu with paired wine selections by Bobby. Every dish was an incredible fusion of tastes and textures. The presentation and service could not be faulted and the wine selections exquisitely paired. Can't wait to... More

Full disclosure, this place is expensive. But the food, wine and experience are fully worth it. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both the servers and sommelier's can guide you on wine and food pairings. The servings are nicely proportioned and the food quality is excellent. Nice, classy atmosphere...don't need to wear a suit, but saw plenty. Highly recommended.
