Frascas never disappoints, their food is good, service is immaculate but given the great selection of restaurants in Boulder the value proposition isnt great unless you value the service and the exclusive feeling of the restaurant

We had great hopes for this restaurant from the reviews and friends recommendations. However, it seemed that the kitchen was totally uninspired the night we were there. Dishes were bland and nothing was memorable. I don't mind small portions, in fact I would rather have them, but they should at least be interesting to the pallet. A snoozer of a... More

Amazing food and decor. We had the fixed-price dinner and each course was better than the previous one. We were on our honeymoon, and they were very sweet and offered us sparkling wine and a cute "congratulations" design with our dessert. Definitely worth a visit.

The portions are so small they are almost a parody of a snobbish restaurant. Their menu is mostly prix fixe and range from $75 for 5 courses to over $100 for 7 courses. We ordered dishes off this menu but for a la carte. The wine, bread and food is excellent but the portions are pathetically small. My wife had... More

Best of Boulder AND Denver! Try to get the kitchen table at least once -- it's an unusual treat. Make sure you have something with proscuitto because they have the best and the elegant machine to slice it properly

A dinner at Frasca is an event, not just a meal. We were prompted seated for our 6:30 reservation at a table by the window. It was a set-menu with wines matched to each course. The portions are small; as are the pours. We probably only had about 6 ounces of wine during the evening each. Expensive? That is relative.... More

On Our second visit ever to Frasca the food was good but service was slow. The pasta course was most delicious and the first course also varied and very good. Vegetarian third course was somewhat lacking in flavor. Expensive restaurant for the area and portions are small. Good wine selection and had a good wine after finally getting assistance with... The cuisine is delicious. Nice atmosphere. Small portions but high quality. Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or treat yourself. Make sure you make reservations.

My man and I came her for a birthday celebration and it was absolute delight to dine here. The food was amazing, but nothing compared to the service we received. Everyone that waited on us was in a good mood and were able to answer any questions we had. We ordered the 7 course option and every one was amazing.... More
