and that is saying something since I've eaten in many top notch restaurants all over the world! Services is incredible. The drinks are amazing. The wine list is almost too big (many of our first choices weren't available). But the food is impeccable. Trust the waiters if you can't decide.

My wife and I had an absolutely delightful dinner a few nights ago and everything was perfect. We missed Bobby as he was out with the flu and Mathew, our favorite sommelier who had the night off. But Rose, our favorite server, made certain we had a great night. We drive up from Castle Pines Village about once a month... More

Frasca isn't terrible like the one star I gave them for their food and their service nor their owners. The owners are wonderful people. The food Michelin star quality, the vast wine list is everything one needs, the service is great and the atmosphere is exactly what diners die for. Here is the problem which to me is a major... I have traveled to many great places and dined at many great restaurants, but Frasca holds a special place for us. Not for the budget minded, unless you take into consideration what you are getting for your money. This is our go place for our Anniversary and special occasions. It is hard to adequately put into writing just how special... More

While quite expensive, I knew this going in and as such make this as a statement of fact not as a complaint. The concept, atmosphere and execution were flawless. The knowledge each staff-person possesses and deft teamwork displayed by the servers tells you that the font of the house is working as hard as the kitchen. And what emerges from... More

Frascas offers good food made with fresh ingredients, but it is simply over priced. You can have equally good food elsewhere for half the price. Of course you may want to go there once just so you can tell your friends you have been to Frasca! It's more a status symbol actually.

If you want to experience the right combination of hospitality, great food, friendly staff and awesome wine this is the place! They made my Father's birthday a very special day. The pairing of wines with our food selections was perfect. Not to be missed if you are in Boulder!

This is, by any measure, THE outstanding restaurant in Boulder. There are many good ones, but this is the top of the class, the pick of the litter, etc. It's also among the very best restaurants in the country. Superb food on the northern Italian of the Friulli mode which is beautifully executed by a world class chef and sommelier... More

Don't get me wrong, this is a great place. But please know that this is NOT the BEST of Boulder - unless you just like to say you ate here and everyone will know that you spent a lot of money. You can get a lot more for your money at other restaurants with 1/2 of the attitude and just... More

Best restaurant in Denver/Boulder for a reason. You must make a reservation well ahead of time. You are greeted at the door by name, and a reference to your special occasion mentioned. Such a special touch. The servers and staff members and Sommelier are super friendly, attentive and elevate the dining experience to a new level. No detail is overlooked.... More
