Yes, Frasca is pricey, but for an occasional, special night out it is quite worth it. We plan ahead, and book using the online reservation system (super easy). The a la carte menu is delicious, but it's worth trying the Chef's Choice menu (and the accompanying wine flight) at least once. Each dish was more delicious than the last. And,... More

I went there for a quick bite on Saturday night and was blown away.I had a Berkshire pork shoulder and it was one of the best pork dishes I ever had.It was flavored with rosemary and peach and potatoes are balanced with some acidity in the meat juices coming probably from horseradish. The portion size was between appetizer and entree, which is... Yes, people, it is more expensive than most restaurants in Boulder. Think of the airfare you save, not to mention the carbon footprint, of not having to travel to NY, Chicago, London or Paris to (maybe if you're lucky) find a restaurant that can deliver the same level of service, fabulous wine, innovative dishes, dreamy prosciutto, spacious tables, and friendliness.

Yes, the food it OK, not exceptional, but the prices are just silly. If you want to pay ridiculous money for the hype, then this might be the place for you. But the quality of the food does not match the price of admission. And the atmosphere is not very comfortable, it is a fairly small establishment so you will... More

Better bring your rading glasses for the drink menu! Wow I think it is 89 pages. I ended up getting a mojito instead of one of their thousands of wines but it was great. I am a vegetarian and they were very flexible about our ordering options and upsized a very good antipasti to make it our main dish. I... More

My wife and I sat outside with a gorgeous sunset and had cocktails, a bottle of wine, and four course meals that were top notch. The service staff is knowledgeable about the area as well as the menu. Highly recommend for a night out that may be a little expensive but 100% worth it.

Fine dinning in Boulder Excellent representation of Northern Italian Gastronomy Quatro Piatti was well priced and although smaller portions - filling All seafood was outstanding, langoustines, urchin pasta, bass. Quail was perfect Even the kids pasta was demolished and very authentic, al dente and memorable great vins - plenty of staff to accomodate once a year activity for sure.

After all the good reviews, despite not being in the top of TA, I decided to go to Frasca today for my anniversary. Ambience and staff were excelent. Unfortunatelly cannot say the same about the quality of the food. We chose the U$ 78 Quattro Piatti menu, the chef sent a few amuse- bouche that were excelent. Those were the highlights... More

Absolutely fabulous experience at Frasca! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we chose a fantastic place to celebrate. It started with great service and a lovely table in a corner. We received our "Happy Anniversary" menu which was a nice touch. We asked the sommelier to recommend a nice wine. We are red zinfindel drinkers and wanted... More
