First rate service and one of the most extensive wine lists. Very knowledgeable servers that will provide you with great recommendations.

Frasca really changed the food scene in Boulder when it first opened up a few years ago (4 I think). It is still one of the best meals and fabulous service you can find in Colorado!

An evening at Frasca is truly a night to remember. Our 3-hour meal began with a complimentary sparkling wine and finished with Bobby the owner adding a second helping of one of the deserts so we could all have a taste. The food was expertly prepared and the courses well-paced for our group of six which was in no hurry... More

This is an amazing restaurant. Unpretentious and modest, it offers an experience few other restaurants can match. On a frigid evening, the owner Bobby was the one to take our coats; we didn't know him at the time and had no reason to think the owner of a world-class restaurant would be manning the front door. This mindset permeates the... More

I have traveled the world and been fortunate to eat at some amazing restaurants, this one takes the cake. The service is unbelievable. It's surreal. The wine, the menu, the food, the atmosphere, all of it, must be experienced to believe. This is a must do!

Wow! This is for special occasions unless you have plenty of extra cash. Great food, wine, atmosphere, location, and service. It is on Pearl Street a few blocks from the Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall and all of its sites and shops. Frasca is known for its wine and expertise on how to par a wine with their food. The sommelier... More

We have eaten over the US and the world. Incredible meals. Frasca is in the top 20...[since, we have more than 10 ...had to expand to 20 long ago]. The flavors were amazingly complex. We have not eaten the Friuli-Venezia Giulian region food before. Now we are converted. Reading the review about taste testing and putting the spoon or pasta... More

We went to dine at Frasca for our 30th wedding anniversary by the recommendation of a friend. We were completely flabbergasted by the amazing service from the moment we entered the restaurant. We were given special menus that had 'Happy Anniversary' printed on top. The food was wonderful with each dish plated beautifully. We had the special Holiday menu. The... More

and that is saying something since I've eaten in many top notch restaurants all over the world! Services is incredible. The drinks are amazing. The wine list is almost too big (many of our first choices weren't available). But the food is impeccable. Trust the waiters if you can't decide.

My wife and I had an absolutely delightful dinner a few nights ago and everything was perfect. We missed Bobby as he was out with the flu and Mathew, our favorite sommelier who had the night off. But Rose, our favorite server, made certain we had a great night. We drive up from Castle Pines Village about once a month... More
