Fabulous food, drinks, staff and atmosphere!

Frasca is my all-time favorite splurge restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing (do not miss the frico caldo for an appetizer -- it is seriously something you will have and then crave for days to follow), the wine list is top notch, the cocktails are fantastic and the service is second to none... read more

Small portions, no menu pricing on food was a surprise. Really tiny amount of not-extraordinary food. Limited options made this a real pricey disappointment

A very varied menu with lots of different flavour combinations which marks Frasca out from many other Italian restaurants. Some of the dishes such as the Cannelloni with lobster and tangerine were exceptional as was the pasta with duck sausage...but you will likely need deep pockets when the bill arrives.

I went twice, in the same evening, during a visit to Boulder for a professional conference. First my friends and I went for an aperitivo (the bartender makes fantastic negroni) with salumi and cheeses. We didn't have a reservation but it was early enough (before 6 pm) so it was not a problem to be seated right away. Later in... More

Our meal was absolutely stunning. The service was perfect in our opinion, as it was friendly, comprehensive, but not intrusive. The two of us ordered different items and loved them to the point of not wanting to give any away for tasting. Of course, we wanted more of the other person's food. All of the ingredients were top notch, and... More

We had a set menu and every step was delicious. We had a terrific table, a super well written wine list (ok, dossier) and a nettle pesto pasta that I will not soon forget. Bravo.

It took a few months to get into Frasca so I was a bit skeptical as to how the food and service would be but after having a Valentine's Day dinner there, I can honestly say everything was top notch and excellent. From the greeting by the manager to the recommendations by the Sommelier and lets not forget the impeccably... More

took my wife for her birthday and was truly amazed (again!), at the service, the food and the experience. Even had my son with us and although initially he was not sure about the menu, enjoyed everything put in front of him. Worth saving up for as it is an out of mind experience for this type of food. We... More

I was invited by a good friend to have dinner in this superb restaurant. I don´t know if this is common, but he arranged to have dinner served at the table of the chef, so we where sitting in the kitchen enjoying a tremendous meal and the great view of everything being prepared. I have to recommend this place highly!
