Omg, can you pay more money for worse food? Not in my experience. Rumor is that this place is owned by the guys from the laundry in napa-a place with panache and a gourmet rep... If so, Frasca is the evil twin. Weird service with a creepy manager always lurking around but does not seem to be of any use.... More

What a surprise to find this sophisticated gem in Boulder! Delicious fixed price menu with an Italian flair! Perfect sized portions leave you satisfied, but not feeling guilty or overindulged.

The food was yummy, as we recalled having eaten here previously (although quite a while ago). The service quite impersonal, rushed and full of pretense. We were seated next to a couple who were obviously regulars. They were pampered and fawned over ad nauseam. we received service that was certainly ok, but not for a meal of this caliber. Boulder... This was the second time we had been to Frasca, the previous time a year earlier. Both times truly outstanding experiences. This time we started with the antipasto meet platter that was delicious (in retrospect given we then had the tasting menu, a bit more food than needed but enjoyed every bit). When we asked our waiter for a wine... More

From the moment we entered every employee treated my husband and I with the uptmost respect and attentiveness. I have eaten at some of the finest establishments in the US and Frasca's service and innovative meals and presentation have set the bar for any restaurant from this point on. We received personal attention from one of the resident sommeliers who... More

We went on a Monday night for the fixed price tasting dinner and were very pleased with the items offered. The food was creative and well prepared in a true Northern Italian style. Our waiter was informative, knowledgeable and attentive. The dining room is bright with huge windows looking out on to Pearl St. True fine dining.

Very good food! Interesting pairings, textures - sublime in conception and execution. And, for our anniversary, they made us a white chocolate leaf with 'Happy Anniversary' piped onto it in dark chocolate. Unbelievably attentive service, bordering on omnipresence. BUT - the pricing is ludicrous! You can get similarly conceived and executed dishes for half the price at Piatti or Colt... More

Had 2 different half-glasses of wine & their 3-course dinner... wonderful flavors & not too much food. Great European-style bread. Had their polenta with lobster, followed by tender pork plate (medallions, sausage), & divine dessert! WOW!! Pricey, but worth every penny!

It was OK, just OK - but nothing like it used to be. The food is rich with butter and cream, which seems like cheating . . . I could make cardboard taste good. I'd prefer fine dining that has to try harder to be creative without the use of these age-old crutches. Cooking healthfully and making it unique and... More

I took my wife here for an anniversary dinner, thinking it would be great Italian food and romantic, as per the trip advisor review. WRONG! The wait staff was trying very hard, I will give them that, and the service was decent. But the atmosphere was horrible. It we were seated inches from people in both sides of us, and... More
