This restaurant unfortunately closed. There is a new Indian restaurant in its place. New place is Jaipur and is pretty good. Glad we still have Indian option downtown.

This is by far my most favorite place in town. I go to Bombay not just for the fantastic, delicious food but the atmosphere. It is home away from home. Paul and Pari are back! They add ambiance, love and energy to the restaurant. The food is delicious and finger licking good!

I come from an area of the US with a large number of restaurants, including Indian restaurants. While visiting Boulder Colorado, we ate at Bombay Bistro and had one of the best restaurant experiences. The food was delicious, the service phenomenal, the inside was very nice, the music was hip, and the atmosphere relaxed. I had the vegetable Korma, my... More

Great food. My only complaint was it was a bit expensive but well worth it! Great vibe going on in there. Waiter staff were very friendly and I saw/ had the owner come ask how everything was and seemed to really care!

On a weekend to Boulder, we dined here. We had the chef's special Coconut Crusted Sea Bass and Salmon Masala. I thought my Bass dish was a tad bland, but my husband's Masala was really good. We had the Chai also, and dessert chocolate pockets. There were few chocolate pockets, tiny and not worth the price.

The food was sooo bad!!! Dry and bland!!! Orderd the vegetarian cauliflower and potato dish... No sauce it was all green and Red peppers and onions... When we told the waitress how bad it was she said she would charge us for half since we had eaten some of the dish... Whatever .... My boyfriends lamb was just ok ...... More

With a happy ending for all! As I wrote before, we were interested in having our daughter's small wedding reception here and communications weren't going well. I was encouraging her to look elsewhere but, because we live where we live and time was running out, there was just no way she was going to find someplace else. So, I called... More

Went here with an Indian coworker, and we liked it so we much we dragged a third guy with us 2 days later. The service was a bit slow the first night (a Tuesday) but not the second (a Thursday.) Both nights the food was truly excellent. We had different dishes both times and there wasn't a single thing I... More

I travel constantly - for work and for play - so I've really had to curb my vegetarian foodie-ism and limit myself to one indulgent meal per trip to avoid the extra pounds that creep up on me. So I'm picky. Several months ago, six colleagues and I crashed this place without a reservation on a busy night. Not only... More
