One of a kind. Not to be missed.

This is a charming Inn in a charming old mining town. Dinner was 6 courses for a very reasonable price and everything was great. Will definitely return.

This place is amazing! Such an awesome, old-fashioned bar. Really good food, and it is just gorgeous all around. Highly recommended!

We had the 6 course dinner which included an appetizer, choice of soup, choice of salad, choice of entree, choice of dessert, and finally a cheese/fruit plate. All of the courses were exceptional, especially the entrees. I had the Tornado, a 6 oz beef fillet that was tender enough to be cut with a fork, topped with a hunter sauce... More

We stayed a bit down the mountain with a lady who said, when asked where to eat, you must go to Gold Hill. She actually never missed on our trip with her recommendations and this was great. If you aren't used to the area, the road can be intimidating, but go for it! This place has been around since the... More

First time we visited in 1979 with entire family celebrating son's graduation from Univ of Co. Since then, never a visit to Boulder area without a trip up to Gold Hill. That is an experience in itself! This year back for a family birthday and a great evening at the Inn. Once up there, it looks like a Hollywood movie set... More

I think food tastes better at higher elevations, don't you? Monday July 27th 2015 I had the pleasure to dine at the Gold Hill Inn. Authentic 1800's mining town ambiance serving gourmet cuisine! The BEST part is that 95% of the menu either IS or CAN BE prepared GLUTEN FREE! And the food is AMAZING!!! They are sensative to other... More

We really like the gold Hill for two reasons: The food is quite good, and the building is a throwback to olden days, making it a great place to take visitors. The menu selection is pretty broad, both basic meat & fish dishes. The dessert is first rate. The prices are very reasonable considering what you get. Make weekend reservations,... More

This is the kind of place that will have you telling stories about "my most memorable dining experience" for the rest of your life! Set in an old mining town in an 150 year old log structure, we were swept back in time. The 3200 foot ascent on the paved and gravel road led to a treasure. Food was delicious... More

Wow!! What a great six course meal! There is a three course option. Vegetables are not the usual string beans or broccoli. Every course is great.
