Special occasions are meant to be shared at outstanding restaurants. Two days ago, we dined at the Greenbriar for dinner. It was a double celebration- Mother's Day and a college graduation celebration. We had a large group of 11. Despite the size and a packed restaurant, the service was excellent. We were able to enjoy our meal at a comfortable... More

We have been doing Sunday brunch here for years, but it has become overly crowded, and the lines to get the food at the single station make Easter Brunch look incredibly small. I think I would try and find a different Sunday brunch spot simply because of the crowd. Dinner is very good....the chefs do a wonderful job, and the... More

We went here for Sunday brunch. We were all very impressed and will go back. Their website does a good job of listing all the food selections, so I won't go in to all the detail here. We did the champagne brunch, which was $35 per person. We also got a carafe of Orange juice to make our own mimosa.... More

My wife and I went for brunch on our anniversary. It had snowed several inches and everything was so beautiful. We weren't sure they would even be open but a call confirmed that indeed they were. This spot is a special occasion location where many people celebrate birthdays, annivesaries and so on. This particular day they had resevations for 150... More

Overall, the wine list here was fantastic. Vintage French and American wines, at a fair price, that allow you to try some things off the beaten path. We had a 2001 Napa Cab, 2003 St. Emilion, and a 1995 Pauillac. All things you would not see on wine lists in the area except maybe Flagstaff. We hit the restaurant during... More

We came here due to a gift certificate from friends. We went to the Greenbriar Inn on 12/30/2012. It was one of our worst dining experiences ever, and it is surprising due to the reputation that this was a great restaurant. My wife and I were seated at our table, and the waiter did not come to our table for... More

A group of us had Sunday brunch at the Greenbriar Inn this week. The food was very good and plentiful. We enjoyed a variety of well-prepared entrees, salads and desserts. The restaurant had a good-size crowd, yet the place did not feel crowded. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy. Our server was not as attentive as I thought he could... More

I have enjoyed dinner here many times. The Sunday Brunch is amazing in that the choices are many and they are all excellently prepared. They smoke their own salmon so don't miss it at the brunch.

We have not been there as much as we would like...it is reserved for those special occasions like birthdays... The food is always top notch and the staff is wonderful. Had hopes of going there for Thanksgiving..but was too late making reservations.. they were booked up

Fabulous setting away from the clutter of Boulder and Longmont. Reminder of days gone by with an ambiance of the classic country restaurants from a previous era. Very good food, excellent service, a little tired but worth the visit.
