Awesome Brews and Brisket!

New brewery in Boulder! Had a few flights of beer and Brisket Nachos! Excellent selection of beers and especially enjoyed the bourbon beers! The crab cakes with fries were crispy and light! Excellent food, service and great outdoor seating too!

Finally made it to Boulder to experience the brewery, after drinking their beers for the past few years. They just built a wonderful new building with a bar both downstairs and upstairs. I saw upstairs and had the best service I could imagine given how busy the place was on a wednesday night. I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich,... More

This is one of the best brew pubs around. It may not have an "old dungeon" feel like some, rather it is open and spacious with outdoor seating as well. Granted it is in some kind of industrial park and about 10 miles out of town. The beer list is enormous...all made by Avery and listed with increasing alcohol content.... More

One of the nicer tap rooms, without departing from the tap room concept. Was very impressed with the large selection of beers. in fact trying all is going to take most of your day. But even more impressive is that most beers are just good, really good.

Packed around noon on a Saturday, but food and drink delivered within 5 minutes of ordering. Staff also kept empty plates and glasses cleared with frequent fly-bys. Adequate variety of food choices. Hubby and I split the brisket, which was tasty and tender. Came with coleslaw, beans, collard greens and corn bread. Large platter, was glad we split it. Free... More

We visited here for Father's Day, because my dad, like many Colorado dads, is a beer lover. While we were waiting to be seated, we wandered around the brewery, which was very neat. The food was absolutely delicious, and you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I would highly recommend the gouda mashers for a side though. Our... More

After a day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park we wanted some local brews with dinner. Avery provided us with tasty drinks, delicious food & a kind, helpful staff. We're from the east coast & requested the brewery ship out there soon!!

On our way from Denver to Estes Park I convinced my wife to stop in Boulder at Avery Brewing and she was happy I did. She is not a beer drinker but I am. I enjoyed many tasting size beers off their extensive list of beers on tap. The highlight however was the food. I had a steak sandwich which... More

We stopped here after several recommendations from people all over Colorado and it was AMAZING. The insanely huge and incredible tap list, the manageable but diverse food list, the amazing employees...truly a delightful place. This is a traditional grain brewery but I think half or more of the food selections were gluten-free (which is awesome if, like me, you've got... More

This place is newly opened, more in Gunbarrel than in Boulder. Excellent facility, plenty of room for outside sitting & 2 floors of inside. Their beer is as good as it gets, my favorite is the IPA & they do several variations of it. The food portions are crazy big. WE had to share everything, but it is amazing. Brisket... More
