Nice place to eat

After a hike in the Flatirons, we wanted a restaurant that was truly "Boulder". With a name like Boulder Cafe, it had to be right. The food was very good and the service was fast. We were amazed that the total bill was so reasonable, especially since it is located on the Pearl Street Mall. The... read more

We came to Boulder Cafe a party of 6 & were seated in the back. The bbq pork sliders and black bean sliders were solidly good. The chicken tenders on the kids' meal were too fried & difficult to eat. Service was great. The food was pretty good - better pub food than I expected. What led me to rate... More

I've walked by the Boulder Cafe on several occasions, but never went in. So when I had two guests come in from town, we decided to try it after a long hike in the foothills. The food was delicious. We had the cheese fondue appetizer which is really easy to share. The service was great and the atmosphere was lively!... More

Old Pearl Street building right on Main Street. The food was great and the wait staff efficient and friendly. Would definately go back and recommend to other travelers.

this place is great for happy hour, it goes from 3 till closure (midnight), half price appetizers and drinks. We love to stay at the bar, and in Summer in the terrace. Sitting in for lunch or dinner is not the greatest, though. Sadly they are closing in June, so the atmosphere is not as great as it once was.

We went for a quick lunch in between meetings, but it was not quick at all despite the relative small number of customers. The food was good and portions were large, but not super tasty or exciting.

On a chilly day the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup epitomized comfort food. Not to mention the excellent hot cider with a shot of fireball. Sooooo good

Stopped in because of their highly promoted happy hour prices Stopped in with my sons, daughter in law and three toddlers @ 5 pm Server was not knowledgable. Did not fill water or clear dishes Actually gave 2 year old children sharp metal picks for fondue. The food was average at best. Drinks were "half off" but very small pours.... More

My husband and I have been coming here for many years. Love the food, service is outstanding, latte's are WOOOO HOOOOO. My only pet peeve is that their menu has not changed in all these years. I wish they would step out of their "cereal box" so to speak and add new menu items. Other than that we'll be coming... More

They do have an all afternoon/evening "Happy Hour" (that lasts until closing)... but truthfully, I think their prices have gone up to account for the "half off" deal! Nice location on the Pearl Street mall for people watching, particularly if you sit outside. The food was bland and boring. If you want to sit and have a drink and people... More
