Take my word for it. I promise I will not let you down. I believe they are in the process of renaming the restaurant SPRUCE but doubt that will change the quality of their cocktails.

The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was average as best. Neither the sausages and eggs nor the bagel were anything out of the ordinary. The server was rather slow and the decoration doesn't really do the rest of the hotel justice. All in all there are better and cheaper choices on perl street.

Korinne was among the best servers we have encountered and the food was truly excellent. The chefs are artists who can adapt to any food allergies that your group might have. Overall, 5 stars because of the outstanding staff and food.

This is one of our favorite weekend brunch spots and we drive to Boulder just to eat here. The food is always fresh and delicious and the coffee strong. We'll be back.

Went here for breakfast many times during my stay at The Boulderado & it was great every time. Pancakes with whipped ginger-honey butter was incredible. Loved the kale/berry smoothie. Home fries were just ok. Service was great - no need to go anywhere else.

Had to wait a few minutes for seats. Coffee slow to arrive.....could be personal preference...yet-be consistent. Appetizers were the best: fried apple slices, with a sweet dipping sauce and some raw apples too. Also we had asparagus appetizer with a mushroom vinaigrette, Gorgonzola crumble on top of a piece of polenta-it was delicious-truly. Asparagus was cooked perfectly. Breakfast entres -not... More

First visit to this restaurant and we were impressed. The service was wonderful and the food excellent. We had the Braised Lamb Ravioli, the Crispy Duck Confit, The Caesar Salad, Brussels Sprouts and the Scottish Salmon. All the flavors in the dishes were nicely balanced. Good wine selection.

I ate dinner at the Q's over the weekend and was disappointed. The hotel is quaint, but it is really time for a major update. The restaurant could be charming, but instead it really just feels like you are eating at an old hotel. They have tried to make the menu modern, but the food I ordered was bland at... More

I so enjoy the good and the service here. There is an original and authentic spark in every bite that reminds me that I am part of the great circle of life. I particularly like the salads , the Fish, and the deserts. But that being said , the vegetables are what make the dishes memorable, both their selection and... More

I suppose a lot of locals don't go to Q's due to the fact that it is in the Boulderado Hotel which is a hotel that is showing its age a bit. But as a local who has gone to this restaurant about ten times over the last yen year (the latest two times being within the last month), I... More
