We visit Boulder every year, and Mustard's Last Stand is a favorite. Actually, we always call it Colonel Mustard after the Clue game. They offer something for everyone in the hotdog category, plus burgers and vegetarian options. My only regret, as a Texan, I prefer no beans in my chili on my chili-cheese dog. Other than that, it is thumbs... More

Everything about this place was delicious but we found the hot dogs to be just a little on the small side for all of the great toppings they had. They are Chicago style hot dogs, with the yummy seeded buns and a variety of delish toppings. The french fries were also yummy but the order that comes when you make... More

Greatest dog with no 21st century foolishness...in other words this is an authentic "Chicago" dog complete with sport peppers, onions, poppy seed bun, dill pickle, et al. Vintage "Vienna beef hotdog stand" photos fill the wall by the cashier stand and you can see the cooks build your meal. Good, greasy cheeseburgers, fries and Polish sausage too. You can sit... More

(My rating reflects the fact that there are several good vegetarian offerings here. In its class, I do think it's among the very best.) On Saturday mornings our vegetarian family of four would cycle from our house along the bike path (never having to cross a street) to the Farmer's Market, followed by lunch at Mustard's. I've eaten at Mustard's... More

This is a Boulder institution. If you like hot dogs they make the tastiest ones in town. It is our special treat place. You can get so many variations on the toppings and they have incredible pickles and relish. They make their fries from scratch too and they are delicious. The staff is great. The only problem is they are... More

We enjoyed our visit to Mustard's but the meal was a bit pricy not knowing I needed to take a loan out for a 2 hotdogs, fries and a drink which was over $24.00 It's not Chicago its Boulder.

Enjoyed our visit to Mustard's Last Stand, but the meal seemed rather pricey - $12 for one hot dog, one polish sausage, and one oatmeal cookie.

These are good hot dogs with messy toppings -- just right for a nutritionally guilty pleasure like this. Fries are fresh and hot. But the high prices are a bit off-putting. Just how good can any hot dog joint be? For the occasional Polish dog with kraut (plus relish and mustard) and a side of fries, this is the place,... More

The family had lunch here and we were glad we did. Our group had Chicago Dogs with the works, Polish Sausage and hand cut french fries. They were true Chicago dogs with tons of toppings, messy as all get out but all were excellent. We always enjoy trying dogs in college towns. They have vegan options, hamburgers and sandwiches but... Over the more than 30 years Mustard's has been a Boulder fixture it has gradually expanded its menu. In addition to Chicago style hot dogs with the traditional accompaniments, they also serve various burgers, sausages, Italian beef and tuna and chicken sandwiches as well as several vegetarian options. But it's the dogs (and good fries) I've been eating at Mustard's... More
