Pasta Jaya has a very pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere that us both welcoming and friendly. Our waitress was prompt and helpful as she took our order and explained some of dishes that we were interested in. Our salad was fresh and crisp, the Brussels sprouts were sweet and tasty, and the pesto sauce gnocchi as well as the marinara sauce... More

I was in Boulder on business and a friend suggested I try Pasta Jay's and I am so glad I did! I sat at the bar and the service and food was amazing. Everyone one was nice and I think everyone who was working stopped by to see if the food was OK or if I needed anything. I had... More

Pasta Jays is a well known eating place, worth the wait to get seated. They have daily specials which are not on the menu and are cooked fresh each day. All I have had is very good. Their cannelloni, is a very fine recipe. Taste is great, cheeses are very well balanced with the sauce. Wine list is good and... More

Our son attends the nearby University of Colorado - Boulder. Every time we visit him we try to make it down to Boulder's incomparable Pearl St. Pearl is lined with quirky and fun shops as well as many good restaurants. One of our favorites is Pasta Jay's. Pasta Jay's is located right on the western side of Pearl and has... More

This is one of the better Italian places to go. Varied types of meals. Rustic, seafood, traditional. Love the homemade pesto!!! Recommend reservations or you'll stand in a line for a loooooong time.

There were three of us for dinner; we all left happy and full. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. We had nothing but good to say about our dinner choices. The atmosphere is nice as well. We look forward to another visit.

Very good authentic Italian food, I would definitely go back when I am in town. We ordered the Tortellone Borbellini and Spumoni. Costs about $15 for a dish so its not expensive but I would not classify it as cheap. They charge $3 for extra garlic bread, wish they would have mentioned this when we asked for more. Waitress -... Had great pasta taste...vegetables..ricotta cheese. Mmmm! Excellent.. With warm fresh bread and in good company for a late afternoon meal. We we bring in by a sign saying 5$/ pasta. )???) But expect more from 12$/ up the plate, even the day menu.

Went for dinner in downtown Boulder. Enjoyed the atmosphere and were given $2 tap beer while we waited for a table. Food was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Service was not very friendly. Food was OK but nothing special. Prices are a bit high. Not the experience it was when Jay moved to Boulder in the little cottage across from the West End.
