My family was in Boulder to visit CU-Boulder and stopped in at Foolish Craig's for dinner on Saturday night. The local beer was tasty, the dinner options were creative and surprising, and so delicious! I'm a vegetarian, and was eating with two meat eaters, and everyone was happy. Service was also outstanding and everyone who worked in the restaurant was... More

My girlfriend and I came here, and it was amazing. Super fast friendly service. Our food was out in about 5 minutes. And the portions were huge. We were both really full. The food tasted amazing and was healthy. Definitely a great place.

A good place to grab a good breakfast if you can deal with the lines. Very popular, and seating is crowded at best. So expect to be squeezed into your table.

I live in Boulder and I eat at Foolish Craig's all the time both. It is the type of place that you can go solo and sit at the bar or go with friends. My favorite dishes are the warm brie, the chicken pesto crepe, and the Rum crepe cake. It is easier to park on this side of Pearl... More

You can stand in line at Snooze if you want, or you can head towards the mounts a few doors and get a less pretentious meal that's just as good if not better. Foolish Craig's has been around for fifteen years (I just looked it up) and it's because they have very good food and great service. When it's warm... More

In a "foodie" (I hate that term) town, this is best bang for your buck-fun, good food, good service and is a go to spot for locals and anyone else of the "where should we eat tonight?" Mentality.

Great atmosphere. The vegetarian crepe was amazing. Didn't have a similar experience as others seem to with overly friendly staff but no complaints. Loved Boulder and would definitely eat here again.

I visited Foolish Craig's several times on my trip to Boulder because it is probably one of the less expensive restaurants on Pearl Street and wanted to keep my meal costs on the low side for the company I worked for. I loved the Eggs Benedict served with Grits. I had never had grits before and see why they are... More

I came here late at night in a blizzard and Craig and the staff acted like I was doing them a favor just being there. For an aperitif I had a cocktail that was Craig's own invention, with cucumber vodka, muddled cucumber, and carrot juice. It sort of gives you health and destroys it all at the same time. The... Thought we would give foolish Craig's a try after Snooze cafe had a 30min waitlist next door. Ordered two wet cappuccinos that were nothing but milk froth and served in crappy plastic mugs. We also ordered two eggs Benedict which were greasy and the hollendase sauce was gross. Service upstairs was crap too as we had to ask twice to... More
