We were passing through Boulder on our way to Estes Park, and wanted something unique and tasty. We picked Foolish Craig's because it was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, and we always try to hit those places when we are near. Well this placed lived up to Food Network standards! It's a small sidewalk restaurant in a college town,... More

There are so many restaurants in Boulder, what to choose...on a locals recommendation we tried it out and were blown away by all the appetizers we tried. Fried kale and Brussels sprout leaves, steak slider and butternut squash with some crazy good pear jam! We were on a roll! Pulled pork, yummy, burger- yummiest, walnut salad- mouth watering. Only bummer?... More

Large fresh made crepes stuffed with fresh ingredients from local farms. The place is a bit on the small side so there may be a wait...but it is worth it. Try the beermosa...just like a mimosa but made with beer....really good. Come hungry as the portions are large.

I ate here with a group of 8. We tried everything from the Hippy Burger to the varied apps. The Crepe Cake, as seen on DDD, was out of this world. I suggest going during the week when the lines aren't so long. We went on a Tuesday evening and didn't have to wait at all. Service was excellent as... More

I have eaten here twice and would gladly go again. While the line next door at Snooze was an hour wait, we were seated at Foolish Craig's within 10 minutes. They have quite a few typical breakfast and lunch foods, but their uniqueness lies in their crepes, both savory and sweet. One time I had the fruit crepe, which was... More

I ate here with my mom. It was an impromptu late supper - around 8:30pm. I ordered the 'Boulder's Best Burger.' This is no exaggeration! The roll was moist and buttery and the burger was cooked exactly the way I specified...medium. There was just the right amount of cheese on top and the fries were excellent and again, cooked exactly... More

This is a tiny little place with cool atmosphere. The food is tasty. We were told there was a 45 minute wait for lunch on a Saturday. Luckily, most people had groups of 3 or more and there was an open table for 2 upstairs. Upstairs loses a lot of the atmosphere IMHO. but we were in a hurry, and... More

Food was fresh and prepared perfectly. We had the chicken salad sandwich and fries. The chicken salad and the entire sandwich was delicious. The fries were excellent--crispy, hot and salty. Even the side of fresh fruit was good. The coffee was hot and good. We'd go back there in a heart beat--maybe tomorrow!
