A Unique Southwestern Style Restaurant

A friendly place that does not have your typical South Western fare. The fresh ingredients are used in imaginative ways and if you are a foodie you will enjoy Zolo Grill.

This was a birthday celebration for 6 women. We all ordered the ahi tuna which was perfectly prepared. The sides were good; but didn't stand out for me. Our waiter was delightful and engaging and very attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat !

We were a party of eight on a Sunday night and got seated promptly. We ordered drinks first; I had the Avery Collaboration Ale which is hard to find on tap even in Boulder. They have a wide selection of well priced beer offerings on tap as well as the typical house and higher end margies. We have eaten here... More

Yes, Best Salad of my week long visit to Boulder. Enjoyed the Casa Salad with the Tilapia Fish add-on, fresh and tasty. My Colleagues had the Lamb Shank and Squashed Pueblo which hit the spot, filing and well prepared and presented. We each had the Signature "Top Shelf" Margaritas, which were just right with the food. A lively place, serving... More

Went here with a group, 10 of us. Seated us reasonably but inside seating is relatively limited. Other than the slight delay, no other issues. Facility felt nice and cozy. Food wise, it was very good.... Better than I was expecting. We started with empanadas and they were awesome. Had I known, I would have made my meal off them.... More

We were a party of six on a Saturday night. We had reservations and were seated promptly with a nice table. Drinks were ordered and served promptly...$8.50 per drink for Margerita's. The menu choices were "items for the table" and entree's. The first courses ran $7 - 12 and the entrees ran from $16 to 26, which is different and... More

I ordered the smoked trout tostadas and a side of grilled vegetables and it was the perfect dinner. Very tasty and fresh. The chips and salsa were delicious, I think this also was homemade.

I'm allergic to seafood so my options were very limited here. I had the tamales and they were out of this world! The variety of flavors and textures was just phenomenal. I tasted a friend's enchiladas and they were also excellent. My daughter had tacos made with tilapia and she thought they were fantastic. Great food and great margaritas, I... More

Still one of our favorite places to dine in Boulder, despite the limited menu. The sauce on the fish tacos is inventive and heavenly. It's a fun, easy place to eat in a "town center" type of shopping experience. Great for a treat after an exhausting shop at McGuckin's Hardware nearby - perhaps THE hardware store in all the USA.
