We enjoy the food, the ambiance, and the service. We had been there with our son recently, but for our anniversary I decided we ought to return because we enjoyed it so much.

We happened on to Carelli's of Boulder when another restaurant we had intended to go to was closed. It was the best "fallback" we could have found! Even though we did not have (recommended) reservations, we were seated quickly by friendly staff. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive. The menu was varied and the four of... More

I'm always a bit weary of any restaurant located in a strip-mall. I wasn't expecting much, but was really surprised immediately upon entering the place, and at how incredible the food tasted. The "garlic bread" was a bit more like "salt bread" than actual garlic, but the chefs made up for it with actual fresh garlic cloves in the main... More

We met at Carelli's for a business lunch. The service was excellent and the food was very good. The portions are quite large so be prepared to take leftovers home.

Attending a conference at university, I asked motel front desk for some close place with good food and no blaring TV's devoted to sports. We walked to the place and almost didn't stay because the place was jammed. But theportions looked good sized and good aromas wafted through the air . Then we noticed a nice outside seating area and the... More

Careili's has it all going, nice atmosphere, great service and a good wine list. But.....for me on this night my meal was just average Italian cuisine. The bruschetta that I started my meal with was very good. Next up was my Caesar salad which was way over dressed, that can happen some times, no big deal. My entree of scallops... More

I love the garlic bread,Caesar salad, ravioli and crepes. It's hard to resist the pasta, but the specials are always changing and delicious. Reservations are a good idea because they are always busy.

This restaurant has loads of parking. It has been around a long time and is just as good as when they opened. I enjoy going there for lunch or dinner. They have a good selection of Italian dishes.

Eco-lo! Great italo american restaurant for good good pasta and everything else. If you are hungry at 4 PM and need a real meal, not a problem: Carelli is open all day. If you miss New York for the Italian food go to Carelli: forget about it!

Its like having dinner at moms house. Food is excellent ( you have yo try the eggplant stack). Service is always good. We prefer to sit at the bar but it's usually packed. For good reason. Chris is the best bartender in town, funny, laid back and attentive and makes the best drinks. You can't go wrong with Carellis. They... More
