One of my favorite lunch spots. The food is consistent--when you find something you like, you know it will always be just as delicious as the first time you tasted it. The restaurant is really attractive with cool details like the see-through fireplace by the front door, beautiful glass divider, and pretty lighting. Always good service and good portions for... Very delicious. Reminds us of our trips to Italy! The Eggplant Stack is my favorite in town! The Salmon Caesar Salad is one we always get for lunch or dinner. If you're there when the chef decides to make her Lobster Mac & Cheese you're in for a special treat!

My wife and I eat Italian food all over the world and we were really happy with this place. In fact, we really enjoyed it. She got the eggplant and she loved it. I had the antipasto salad and steak and pasta--loved every bite. Our waitress was a wonderful young lady who gave us tips on places to visit. Bar... More

This is a really good restaurant. It's mainly a locals place. Not many options for Italian in Boulder. Odd location but it works. Fun bar area and seating. Good gluten free options. I don't get the expensive comments. You can not find great food for cheap in Boulder for the most part. The standard Boulder prices.

This restaurant was a nice surprise. It is located in a small strip mall, behind a gas station but is tastefully decorated and the food is quite good. It is quite expensive however, so we will save it for special occasions. Then entrees were $15-20 for lunch with salad extra. We choose it specifically because that had a gluten free... More

We were hosted by our friends who recently moved to Colorado from NYC. They raved about Carelli's and I agree. The menu is diverse, the atmosphere is unique and tasteful plus the food and service are excellent. It is a good thing that I live about 40 miles away, otherwise I was be there three times a week and twenty... More

The food is very good, I wouldn't call it great. However, Boulder has several excellent Italian restaurants and this is a little expensive relative to the quality of the food compared to others I've tried. The ambiance is great except it can be a little noisy. The garlic bread that comes with most of the entrees is wonderful. The marinara... More

I really enjoyed my last experience at Carelli's. I have been here multiple times and generally have had a great experience. The pasta dishes are wonderful, the marinara they use is fresh and well seasoned. I personally always go for their house salad which is great because it has a lot of veggies and I love their sesame balsamic dressing.... More

We're locals who are regulars at Carelli's. It has a wonderful atmosphere - fireplace warm and invitiing in winter, and huge windows that open to the outdoors in summer. The food is consistently good, and it's an insiders secret that they make one of the best burgers in town. However, it's hard to order a burger when there are so... More
