Great Boulder breakfast spot! Just visited the new location for the Buff with a group of women. They have done a nice job in remodeling the old pancake house space into a modern and inviting space! Generous portions and hearty fare of breakfast offerings. Good food and good service. And they offered us each individual checks ( a nice option... More

We continued our brunch tour of Boulder here this morning. Nice place with good and friendly service. We were seated in a couple of minutes, which was a decided benefit with two little kids in two. Excellent blueberry pancakes, even the gluten-free variety, really wonderful bread (toast - and really, who normally raves about toast?), and good egg dishes: two... More

Large portions, good for fueling the day or a few meals for those with smaller appetites is what Buff serves up for breakfast. We were there during a snow storm, that did not seem that bad, being that we spend most of our time in warmer weather, but the restaurant was light on customers. Those who were working during the... New location, not the same as the old one. Feels like they are trying a little much, the older style was a little more homely of a location. Same good food, but I think I prefer more of a Boulder feel like the older place. There seating was a little random, high table seating was a little weird for a... More

Living in Dallas there are a ton of places for brunch, however this is by far my most favorite breakfast location! Every time we visit Boulder it is a must! The $1 mimosas and bloody marys are perfect and the massive iced chai lattes in a mason jar are the perfect trio of drinks! You will not find a better... More

The Buff is an EXCELLENT place to get breakfast, especially after a night out on the town. They have a pretty extensive menu, and everything I've ever had there has been phenomenal. The potatoes are my favorite! Watch out though, the restaurant is super busy, so come early or expect a wait!

The Buff has moved across the street to larger and fancier digs. The decor is attractive and the tables are nicely spaced. The wait staff I encountered on two visits was well trained, pleasant and helpful. In my two visits I had the Eggs Benedict and the "Matterhorn" - a skillet breakfast with Swiss cheese and ham. Both were well... More

SARAH S. YOURE AWESOME. they have dirty hippies (chia and espresso aka heaven in my mouth), lemon pecan pancakes, the worlds best blueberry pancakes, and the OLE is AMAZING (add tomatoes and mushrooms for a perfect combination). Sarah hooks it up. She's an awesome waitress. Request her and tip her well. The buff is a favorite for cu students, boulder... More

Great spot to cure your hangover with a delicious, generous-portioned breakfast. I always love the Baja Benedict.
