Frankly, i was motivated to write this review when Jaipur was rated higher -- i suspected manipulation of the reviews, as there is no comparison in our experience of the two restaurants -- while i am not sophisticated enough to discern any taste differences -- and the offerings at Tandoori Grill are much larger, and the service is much better... The staff were so friendly to our party. We ordered lots of different items from mild to very spicy. Everything was very good! This was my first visit to an Indian restaurant. I was very surprised that I liked the food so much. Service was great too. Can't wait to be back in town to try it again.

My grandfather and I come here often when I visit him in Boulder. We are always completely satisfied with the food and service. The atmosphere is divine with luxurious Indian furnishings placed throughout the restaurant. You can choose to dine inside or on their small patio. My grandfather and I can easily share a plate of Chicken Curry for dinner,... More

I have spent over 500 days in India on business, and have to say that the Tandoori Grill has food almost as good as what you get in India. The flavorings are just right, and as mild or spicy as you wish. We have had probably 15 different main dishes over the past few years, and all have been first... More

This place was okay. Service was slow. The food was very saucy. Chicken mango had very little chicken in it. Lamb biriyani was not bad. Saag Paneer was pretty good. However, we were burping up the food later which is always a bad sign… crowded though. Looks like they have a happy hour that people like.

Crazy about Tandoori chicken? You'll be happy to eat here. Food is great, service is swift and the choices are plentiful. We travel to Boulder monthly and usually find ourselves here, happily.

It's not the best Indian food I've ever eaten but it's decent. The minute we walked in the door, we were overwhelmed by wonderful Indian food smells but the food didn't live up to the expectation. It was just okay and plentiful. We were there for dinner and shared two different curries plus a lamb dish and onion naan on... More

Family went to dinner at Tandoori Grill. First time we visited. Great selection of entrees and appetizers. We started with Samosas and the complimentary cracker like bread & dipping sauces. The Samosas were quite hot and the filling very tasty. We ordered four entrees and sides of Nan and another bread to go with. My son's college girlfriend raved about... More

From the moment you walk through the doors the delicious aroma of tandoori chicken is present. We came for lunch and had the lunch buffet. The sauces and saag paneer were excellent- not too oily, but full of flavorful spices. The tandoori chicken is THE BEST we've had anywhere. The service is friendly and prompt. The value is great. I've been there quite a few times and overall it's pretty good. My main complaint would be the sauces are often too heavy or oily. Lots of leftovers per dish because of it.
