We stopped in after a movie for an early dinner. We had searched Trip Advisor and thought this would be a good option for us on Monday night in Boulder. Though they were out of tuna, the crab cakes were tasty option - mostly crab with very little filler. The pecan rice pilaf was lovely. My dining companion enjoyed spicy,... More

Two couples went during "Happy Hours" (4-6) on a Sunday night and were pleasantly surprised that not only were appetizers & drinks offered at a lower cost, but MEALS were included on the Happy Hour menu! A RARE FIND!!! With many choices, it was hard to decide what to order! Dark beers ($3.25) & a blackberry mojito ($5) were great!... More

I've had a gift card for this restaurant since last Christmas so we finally decided to give the Boulder Chophouse a try. We started out with the BBQ Shrimp which was a good way to start things off and left us wanting another helping. Then I ordered the Chopped Salad and our waiter, Michael, was good enough to have it... More

Always have a good meal when I eat here - whether alone as part of a large group. I love their happy hour - one of the very best in Boulder. Note - my rating on price is for the happy hour menu

The ambiance and the menu would make you feel that this is an upscale dining experience... it's not. The steaks were tough and not aged. When you are spending over $30 on a steak you would expect it not to be served with over 10% of the total weight as fat. Maybe it's me, but I would never serve steaks... More

If you are in the mood for a pretty good steak this is a great place to start. Prices are fair and the steaks good. They also have seafood and a good selection of sides. Wine list is decent as well. All in all, a pretty good place for steaks. We were lamenting the price of a family of 5... More

Our party of three ate at the Chophouse last night and had an exquisite dinner. I ordered the special Wild Alaskan King Salmon thnking it couldn't be any better than what we had in Alaska earlier this summer. i was wrong. The fish was so flavorful and tender with a wonderful buerre sauce that complemented it nicely. My husband had... More

Entrées during Happy Hour are $10 and appetizers are $5. I can't think of a better deal than prime rib for $10. Definitely visit this place!

Close to the St. Julien Hotel. There was a great special on 2 filets with different sauces. The waitress was very helpful. The wine selection was great. There was both inside and outside dining. We dined insided.
