Great steaks

Service and steaks are great. We had prime rib and a prime ribeye. Both were excellent. Filet ids not prime so we choose the ribeye. Great sides and friendly service.

Went for Happy Hour (4-6). The Happy Hour prices are much better than on the regular menu. The Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie and Calamari were very good. The 6 oz Happy Hour Prime Rib was perfectly cook, medium rare, and delicious. It was plenty to eat. The regular menu Prime Ribeye (16 oz) was wonderfully tender and delicious but much... More

While on the pricey side, the food and the service were excellent. Our steaks were melt in your mouth delicious. The salad was extra, and one side was included. The sides were a large portion and could probably feed two. The cornbread with peppers of some sort was fantastic.

Visited this place on a business trip with 28 colleagues but the staff dealt with us eecellently. Never had to wait for a drink and the food service was great. Had the NY strip steak and it was memorable (I also tried some prime rib which is slightly more tender but less tasty). Beers were were great so happy days!!

We don't have many options for steak in Boulder - so Chophouse is pretty much it. It is a nice place, good for business dinners, and has an amazing happy hour. We often get their food for take out and take home but much better in the restaurant. The food is good, staff are excellent.

Serving a limited menu during happy hour this restaurant is a great place to go after an afternoon movie. The prime rib dinner is scrumptious and very filling. Drinks are offered at a reduced rate. They also pickup the tab for parking in the garage across the street. Happy hour runs from 4 to 6 pm. Check it out.

The service was better than the food. The rack of lamb was ruined by the spicy sauce that it swam in. The choice, not prime fib was disappointing, as well. The noise level made conversation challenging.

Our waitress was Melissa - absolutely superb! Talked with us about menu choices and wines and beers to be sure what had exactly what we wanted. Between the wife and I, we had Ahi and a steak. Both very perfectly cooked with all flavors being spot on. Comfy booth, friendly wait-staff, excellent food and drink - what more would you... More

Sometimes I'm in the mood for a hearty steak dinner and I don't feel like cooking myself. When n Boulder I always make it a point to stop at the Chop House. When you ask for a medium rare "Pittsburg style" Rib eye which pepper sauce, that is exactly what the kitchen delivers. All the sides are just right too.... More

Went last night. It was disappointing. Two of us ordered the bone-in ribeye for $34.95. We each ordered them med-rare and they arrived med-well at least. If they want to be a steak house....cook them right. They would have been sent back to the kitchen any other time but I was with my nephew and his girlfriend and let it... More
