I love the atmosphere at The Kitchen. It is warm and comfortable. The service is top notch too. The menu is local and very creative. We enjoyed our food, but I must say it was a little pricey when all was said and done. we spent over $ 200.00 for the 3 of us ( one teenager) and while it... More

Some restaurants just care about what they do. The fact that the people running this restaurant are passionate about food is clear. Everything was great, I highly recommend the portobello sandwich!

My local free chicken was roasted to perfection nestled elegantly beside the freshly steamed rapini. A side of roasted Brussel sprouts and charqouterie platter was all that was needed to send this girl to gourmand heaven. Eat here when in Boulder!

Had a great lunch. Garlic fries are to die for! Split the Trout and Portobello Sandwich. I would recommend if you are in area.

The food was very good. Service was friendly. The seats are a little sterile and hard. Metal chairs, but got us to eat quickly and go! I would still recommend just for the food!

Make reservations ahead of time. The Upstairs is a nice other option too. Wonderful wine list. The dished are fresh and ingredients are mostly locally grown - mushrooms, veges, etc. The appetizers can fill you up and all delightful.

This is a lovely place. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. There are neat little mocktails for the kids. Well worth the price.

Walked into a fun and inviting atmosphere. Everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. We started with a round of cocktails and the olives and roasted beets. All were colorful and flavorful. So so good. I had the Persian lemon cocktail, it tasted like an lemon drop with a fruity twist. For our entrees we had the steak tips and mushroom... More

Over-heated, noisy and tasteless. Menu listings failed to inspire interest. Similarly, the wine list was loaded with unknown producers and high per glass prices. Cf., that at Spruce (at the Boulderado) which has well-known names and fair markups. However fresh the ingredients, they are prepared and served in an unimaginative way. Tomato soup was thin. A cup is more than... More

You can't go wrong here. it's all delicious. Not cheap, but worth it, on a special occasion. We ordered some of the unique cocktails and several small plates for dinner. A colleague ordered the pork chops. I ordered some type of sausage with hot mustard. The olive appetizer was yummy too. Honestly, I think it's all good.
