We ate lunch here on Friday July 11. After we were seated, saw no waitstaff for 20 minutes. Two other tables were seated 10-15 minutes after us and were attended to immediately, and served well before us. After ordering, the food took forever to come out of the kitchen. The burger & salad were both OK, but nothing special. The... More

We chose The Cheesecake Factory on Pearl Street for our lunch in Boulder. We were seated outdoors, where we could soak up the ambiance of the area and listen to the music of the nearby street performers. Andy was an excellent server and was attentive to our every need. And the food....absolutely delicious!! I'd recommend this location in a heartbeat... More

Great menu with options for everybody. I had fried calamari (love calamari), and it was wonderful. Excellent service, you can also dine outdoor, but I preferred to be at the bar, since I wanted some air conditioning. Make sure you save space for dessert. Their cheesecake selection is Oh-My-God. I had the Pinneaple cake upside down cheesecake and I was... More

We ate here while walking around Pearl Street for the afternoon. Nice to sit outside on the patio. Service was good and the food was standard fare for the chain. We really did like the outside atmosphere since it opens to the Pearl Street outdoor mall without cars sizing by. Musicians nearby made it really nice

Split an enormous slice of chocolate cheesecake with my mom...barely finished it. We got it to go and ate it on the Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall. Somewhat pricey, but worth it.

I know what you think, How can it be low cal with all that cheesecake. Well, I have not been to a CF for a number of years because I thought the portions were too large and the cheesecake way to good. But it looks like the menu has changed. I got a Chop Salad that was excellent for only... More

While the restaurant was dark, crowded, and noisy, the waiters were super friendly and the food was rich and filling. Although its slightly pricy, you definitely receive a savory meal that makes up for it. I recommend the mac and cheese.

Had an early dinner on a Friday night here and was disappointed. First thing, the hostess sat us by the bathroom where as there were plenty of open booths and tables. Second, our waiter had several customers and could not kept up with my table let alone the others. My husband had the chicken marsala and I had the shepherd's... More

Strolled in to have a bite of lunch on a Sunday in November. Laid back staff, not busy. Many options HUGE portions. Great variety. If you are lucky enough to save room for a slice if cheesecake this will top a nice dining experience on Pearl Street.
