Serviceable but boring cuisine. If you like basic food with no surprises then this is the place for you. The cooking style, spicing and presentation were lacking creativity. The lamb chops were seasoned with....drum roll... salt, pepper and butter. I asked for medium rare and it was cooked medium well and tough. They offered mint jelly from the jar, fully... More

I went to this restaurant to a dinner with a work group. It was very nice. Place, ambient, waiters, food, wine, everything was perfect. The service was fast and attentive. The night was very cold but the internal temperature was nice, as usual in most of US places.

The Boulder Cork is a nice place to have dinner. The happy hours (from 4:30pm to 6:30pm is the best time to go there, especially before 5:00pm. Later you will either a reservation or to wait for a long while. This place is packed all the time. On the Happy Hours menu, there is a great choice of drinks and... More

I was starving, but wanted to get some work done too, so I stopped in here to get food-to-go. My diet is restricted right now but I got a burger and roasted vegetables. It was done perfectly and the vegetable mixture was great (carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, peppers). I would definitely go back.

We are never disappointed when having a meal at the Cork. We have been there twice in the past month and while you pay a little more for you meal, it is well worth the price. We took our college son this past weekend as a "goodbye" meal before heading back to the dorm food. We all had a great... More

We ate at five o'clock on a week night, thus avoiding the crowds. The food was excellent. The cooks were really fast. The waiters were attentive and professional. The only downside was that it was on the pricey side. Four adult and two children's meals with three drinks and dessert came to about $210 with the tip.

Boulder Cork is an old school steak house. Not much has changed here in 25 or so years. Menu is mostly steak, with a little sea food. My wife and both started with basic salads. They were ok, but not special in any way. She had a filet, I had New York steak. Both were grilled to temperature and reasonably... More

I was here with 4 friends for lunch. It started off badly when we requested separate checks and were told that we couldn't get them. My glass of wine was returned as there was soap residue in the glass which was floating on the top of the wine, The server brought back another glass but this one was the more... More

A-hole French waiter ambushed my friend when she left the restroom to demand a tip that we purposely didn't leave because, you guessed it, he was an a-hole. Will never return to this place.

I have always enjoyed my visits to the Boulder Cork but this experience was an exception. I was dining with a party of 5 at lunch time on a Monday. We requested separate checks and were told by the waiter that they didn't do separate checks during the holiday season. We also asked the manager if we could have separate... More
