The food is always great. Rich comfort food that caters to meat eaters (I am a vegetarian) the chef is always willing to make accommodations to suit your needs. The desert and drinks are also good. I have had more good experiences than bad, and think most of the staff are professional waitstaff. I have had two very bad servers.... More

We went with another couple friends and non of ever been here before. We love food, atmosphere and service. This place doesn't look that big from outside but there are a lot of room and how they separate bar and restaurant area nicely! Great wine list selection!! One interesting thing is, they have happy hour list daily I believe but... More

Husband had Salmon, I had beef, both were the best we'd eaten in a long time. The wait staff was attentive and the price was reasonable.

WOW...my husband was right Cork is absolutely fantastic! Every time he is in Boulder, once or twice a month, he goes to Boulder Cork. He usually pulls up a seat at the huge bar area and orders their Prime Rib sandwich. I had the pleasure of going to Cork the other evening and enjoyed every bit of it. Our server... More

I took several clients here last week. We all had a variety of appetizers, but we all ate some variety of steak. You can choose a side sauce to accompany the steaks and I would recommend that as well. We had an artichoke and salads to start and everything is fresh and delicious. We also ordered two bottles of wine... More

The Boulder restaurant market is highly competitive. The Boulder Cork has been in business at the same location for over 40 years! That says a lot. It is well maintained - it never looks tired or run down. The food is consistently good. Their happy hour is great - people stand in line to get in when the doors are... More

The Cork has always been known for its great beef. What sets this restaurant apart are the specials created by chef Jim Smailer. We enjoyed an excellent three course dinner that showcased some of the kitchen's creativity. The place is usually very busy, and offers a popular happy hour, hence dinner reservations are strongly recommended.

We were promptly seated in a quiet corner of the restaurant next to the racks of wine. The busser immediately brought us ice water. The server came and asked for drink orders and told us we made a good selection with the cabernet blend that was quite good and reasonably priced. The busser returned with a basket of bread that... We thought we'd celebrate last week's anniversary w/our son and opted to meet at the Cork last night. Since a few Boulder Restaurants were participating in Denver Restaurant Week and the CORK'S menu looked great......$30/pp......why not give it a try? While waiting for our son I did ask the waitress about: how large a portion the Flatiron steak was......ANSWER: 3... More
