A little pricey, but not bad

Fast and friendly staff, pretty good food and a nice atmosphere. I thought the menu was a little overpriced.

There are only a couple of true steak houses in Boulder, and The Cork is by far the best. A long (very long) time ago it was part of the Cork & Cleaver chain. The ambiance is really nice. Tables are not jammed together. We like the booths a bit better. The noise level is low. The service first rate.... More

For over 30 years, The Boulder Cork has been our "go to" place for quiet dining with friends when we visit Boulder, Colorado. We hadn't realized the CU students and their families were in town getting set up to start college next week. We made reservations for early dinner (Happy Hour Dining Menu from 5 pm to 6 pm on... Great food and not too expensive. Enchilada was perfect as were burgers. So full only managed 2 desserts between 4 but they were amazing. Friendly staff.

This place was the perfect restaurant to hold our rehearsal dinner. The rustic decor was the perfect addition to our wedding theme! The staff, especially Bonnie, was incredible and took such great care of us!

I always try to eat at one steakhouse every trip out of town. Found this place via TA and it did not disappoint. Initially started off at the bar since we were early for our reservation. The bar area isn't very big which gave it a nice cozy feeling. The bartender on staff was friendly and attentive. The service at... More

We had a destination wedding in Boulder and found the Boulder Cork on Google. We had an incredible dinner. Ethan our waiter was professional, attentive, and clearly experience. He was perfect. The Prime Rib was incredible and good sized portion. Prices were very reasonable for a first class dining experience. Cheesecake was amazing! Thank you for an outstanding experience.

This long established Boulder restaurant keeps up to date with fresh ingredients and new recipes in addition to the favorites. They offer a great and fairly extensive wine list that compliments the broad offerings on their menu with interesting, well priced, delicious selections.

Coming to the Boulder area, I have heard from numerous locals to check this place out and I see why. Walking in you get that Tuscan feel and recognize that this is wine oriented, you know, if the name itself didn't give it away. Hostess was welcoming and quick to seat us. Our server was quick to come by and... More
