We visit Boulder at least twice a year to attend our granddaughters birthdays and always eat at the Cork. The service is attentive, the food outstanding, and the atmosphere congenial. our GDs love the deserts.

They open at 4:30 sharp in BAR area. They serve special drinks like House Martini, with Svedka Vodka or Greenalls Gin, with olives or twist. Or, a super Happy Hour Margarita . They have a full bar with I think excellent choices of wine or beer. We selected an excellent Sonoma-Napa area wine. The food coices are many. Some choices... More

The Boulder Cork has been around for decades. It won the hearts and stomachs of Boulderites for decades, and for a long time it was where you could go to see the people who made Boulder happen. In my experience, this is less the case today. Food quality has suffered a bit, and portions are a lot smaller. While it... More

We just celebrated my sister's birthday at the Cork and since she usually eats early we ended up at the Cork Happy Hour. It was super great....the wait staff very attentive, atmosphere great for the winter and indoors and the food was super. We ordered the waffle chips, 2 fish and chips, nachos and fish tacos. This more than filled... More

Dinner for 6 was over $560-not worth it! 3 shared appetizers, 6 entrees, 3 shared desserts and 3 bottles of wine. The entrees we had were just okay in taste and quality: The artichokes were dry, you can tell they were not in season. Mahi Mahi was the smallest portion of fish ever on top of curried rice and veggies.... More

My family enjoyed dining at Cork. The atmosphere is very nice/cozy and the food is very good. It's a traditional restaurant, steak, seafood, etc and the portions are generous. I had the lobster ravioli which were delicious, my husband and daughter enjoyed the steaks and my son really liked his trout. We ordered a mocha pie for dessert- it was... More

I've been enjoying excellent meals at this restaurant for over 30 years and always stop in when visiting my 2nd home (Boulder). The owners are wonderful people and they treat their staff like family which shows through in their restaurant. The food is consistently great as is the service. Last time there (3 wks ago) I had Jim's Fish Taco's... More

I stopped in to try their 10-ounce “Free Range” burger, made with free- range, grass- fed beef, no hormones, no pesticides, etc. There is an “All Natural” burger and a burger from lean Buffalo meat also on offer, along with an impressive list of steaks. They trumpet “Boulder’s Best Burgers” on the menu, and from my one- time experience that... More
