Friendly service makes up for a mishap!

Last week we visited this very popular restaurant on Pearl Street in Boulder. Let me start out by saying that they have a friendly and courteous staff. Their beer is delicious. We ate lunch here recently while traveling. The blackened chicken quesadilla and the tuscan chicken special were really delicious and fresh. The beers were delicious, and of course you can have a taste if you're not sure of your choice. The staff was nice and friendly and thorough. They don't take credit cards, so make sure you check out your... More

Unique atmosphere with delicious, fresh, local and organic menu options. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. A party of four chose four different entrees, and nobody was disappointed or left hungry. We did not have room for dessert, but had planned on carrot cake, which looked scrumptious. When I return to Boulder, I will make a point to visit again. They... More

A couple friends and I stopped in here for a late lunch. There was a long beer list, a vast menu of good bar food, and cool vibes. There was a bookshelf full of games, so we played some board games while waiting for our food. We got there right at shift change, so we waited a few minutes for... More

Food was just average, prices were nice though. I would probably go back again. Service was okay....

Highly recommend Mountain Sun Pub and Brewery. The beer was delicious and the staff were great helping up to pick out the beers to sample. We had great food and wished we'd had room to eat more!

Came in on a really busy Friday evening and had to wait about 40 minutes (we requested a booth). Had the flight of beer and tried a few more samples. I really liked my Redemption Red and our Bolder relatives have their favs here. The quesadilla was really good and crispy, the rest of the food was average. Paid in... More

This place has delicious food and beer. I love the quirky atmosphere, and the wait staff is super nice. Downsides: it gets really busy, and they are cash-only (but there is a $1 ATM in the back). Highly recommend a visit here, and also to the Southern Sun (same menu) in South Boulder off Broadway. Yumm.

Good beer. Cash and check only. Food is alright. Trendy atmosphere. I suggest the flight of their core beers. Not too crowded.

Came for a Decemberists concert at Red Rock Amphitheater. Found this little gem and loved it. Food was great. The beer was great!
