We visited this restaurant in 2012 and had a very pleasant experience. Not so this time. The hostess was the rudest person I have ever encountered in all my dining experiences. The beignuts (which the Lucile's is know for) were stale. All three of our breakfast meals were cold. We got coffee refills and asked for more cream. We had... More

Our group of three had breakfast on a Friday morning. The chai tea& coffee was wonderful. That praline waffle was really good, served with fresh fruit & lots of pecans. Service was efficient. Refills of coffee & water were offered. I like this place!

I love breakfast. I especially love to have breakfast out. Sometimes I am disappointed and sometimes I am transported. This was a transporting time. We were in Boulder to visit family and for business. Our family took us to Lucile's on a Sunday morning. We knew that we had to get there early or risk waiting in line. Well, we... More

Placed in an old yellow house makes the restaurant charming and the food from the south makes it yummy. They serve house made jams and jellies to go on the very best biscuits ever!!

The hash browns were so over cooked and burned. The scrambled eggs were like rubber and the sausage gravy was plain and skimpy. I like the benguettes (sp?)

A great place to start your day of shopping along Pearl Street when visiting the Boulder area. The food is not only delicious but unique! service is all around excellent and though the place is crowded I never feel like we can't visit or have to shout to be heard...my favorite? the beignets. This is a must do in Boulder

The breakfast food here is really good - portions are large, so consider splitting an order of beignets (very good) and a main meal with someone else. Be prepared for tight seating, as the location is a converted house - it adds the the restaurants charm, but when the people at the table next to you want to leave or... More

This is one of my favorite breakfast spots. Be prepared to wait on weekends. The food is a bit too strange for my young son, but the adults love it!
