We are here on a Sunday, the only day that lots of the menu isn't available (ie salads). No matter. The eggy brunch offerings are simply outstanding. Come with an appetite. Servings are generous. And delicious. Be sure to order beignets. Just like in New Orleans at Cafè du Monde!

Lucille's is dependably great every time. They serve up a unique menu for an eclectic palate from the chicory coffee to the eggs sardou. It has a cozy atmosphere and an efficient staff. In the dozens of times I've eaten there, I have never been disappointed. In fact, the only negative I can think of is the wait to get... More

Excellent creole and Cajun food providing a good value breakfast. The creole omelette was pleasantly spicy and could be zinged up with chilli sauce for those with asbestos coated taste buds. Highly recommend a visit

If you want a taste of cajun country / New Orleans style, then Lucile's is a must visit. Great breakfast spot with large portions and reasonable price.

We have been visiting Boulder regularly for the past 20 years and this is the place we always head to for breakfast. The portions are MASSIVE so go hungry and stock up or be prepared to box and go with the left overs. For a Brit the 'biscuit' is more like a scone but delicious never the less. This time... More

This is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I had Cafe au lait, Beignets, Biscuits with sausage gravy, hash and red beans. Unbelievable... Super friendly staff, amazing apple butter, seasonings and hot sauce.

I have been to Lucille's twice and both times I can say were some of the best breakfasts I have had. Their rice pudding porridge is amazing! It took me two meals to finish it. I have also picked up beignets for the office and everyone loved them. I wish we had Lucille's back home.

A friend of mine wanted to thank me for helping her out with a situation and offered to take me out for brunch. Luckily I had a light snack when I first woke up, so waiting for a table wasn't a big ordeal. Honestly, if I was really hungry we would have moved on but i am so happy we... More

This place is beyond awesome and always has been. Well done, Lucile's! Poached eggs over a perfectly fried trout fillet. Yum!

I was basically told eating a beignet at this place is mandatory in Boulder so who am I to argue? It was packed on a Saturday am but we waited patiently and the wait moved quickly. Beignets were warm and fresh but didn't live up to the hype :( Luckily the buttermilk biscuit arrived shortly after to save the day!... More
