While we had to wait quite a while for a table for six, it was worth it. we opted to have our beignets at the end of the meal and it was quite a treat. Nice portions and nice selections. We'll visit again.

The place is crowded and they do not take reservations. Get there early if you do not want to wait for a half hour or more. We had brunch here and it specializes in southern Cajun cuisine. You cannot go wrong with whatever you order! They have amazing and huge biscuits which come with your meal if your meal doesn't... More

I've been a regular at Lucile's for decades. Not quite as good as in New Orleans, but close enough to get my motor running. Speaking of which, the spicy iced tea is so delicious it's easy to drink way, way too much of it and get a caffeine buzz that follows you around for the rest of the day. Excellent... More

I was a little worried about Creole cuisine in Colorado, but this was a very nice spot. They found nice ways to incorporate the flavors of Louisiana in their menu and we greatly enjoyed our breakfast. It's in a nice old building and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was well worth the calories!

Was hoping to have a shrimp po'boy & beignets for lunch, but they didn't have the shrimp po'boy. Bummer. Had brunch instead. The waffle was delicious, but a bit skimpy on fruit; about half a banana & 2 sliced strawberries. Eggs & potatoes were average. Where they shine is the beignets - hot & delicious! Good coffee too, as well... More

I don't go in for breakfast food much, but I had the shrimp and grits and it was fantastic. I also ordered a side salad which was bigger than my head; did not finish.

Lovely little place, there is always a wait. As far as food goes, biscuits were the highlight (huge) and everything else was ok, not great. My scrambled eggs and everything on the plate was cold. Don't try to order any of the lunch stuff (most of their Cajun/Creole selections) on the menu they give you before 11am. We were seated... More

We ate here recently on a day trip to Boulder based on a recommendation for a co-worker. My husband had the shrimp and grits and I had the eggs Jennifer. Both were delicious. We also started with beignets - which I wouldn't order again. First it's just too much food for two people, and they were just ok. The side... More
