The happy hour drinks and tapas menu is the best. We can make a meal of tapas easily. It is noisy, which younger people don't seem to mind. I like to sit on the patio in warm weather where it is not as noisy. The food is always excellent as is the service.

We like to go during tapas hours and make a meal from them. Its great to try and share a number of different items at happy hour prices. And the service has always been excellent. Easiest to park in the City lot off of Walnut under the St. Julien. Take your parking ticekt, the Med validates. You can also do... More

Just go! "The Med" is a Boulder favorite for good reason - fun, fabulous food, great atmosphere and location, wonderful happy hour and menu. It has one of those rare qualities for a restaurant - consistency. The food is always good! We like to go and order a ton of small plates for the table and share it all. The... More

This restaurant has been a staple of Boulder life for a long time now, and it remains so in a city with lots of choices, most of which come and go with abandon. Good food, first of all. Good food. Good atmosphere that is busy, but not frenetic, right off of the mall, in among the restaurants and St, Julian... More

Boulder is all about the outside experience. The Med fits right into that. Great tapas menu, happy hour is awesome and so many gluten-free options. Always the place our kids want to go when they visit us in Boulder.

VERY good food, reasonable prices (especially happy hour tapas!), great ambience, and the best patio in town. It has a large menu that reflects the Mediterranean area - Spain, Greece, Italy, France, and Northern Africa. It is our first stop whenever we get back to town, and always the place to take visitors. The main dining area is a bit... More

This is an o.k. place if you are visiting Boulder, but there are many great restaurants in the area and you would be better served to go to one of them. Overall, o.k. but I don't eat there.

"The Med' is one of the hot spots of Boulder. Broad menu so it has something for everyone. They are famous for their wood burning oven pizzas. Great list of Tapas and the Pasta Bolognese is wonderful. The Buffalo Margarita (yes, the drink, not the pizza!) is one of my favorites. Great list of wines as well. When you think... More

Outstanding menu, with terrific tapas during happy hour, but the noise level can be pretty high, especially during happy hour.

I have lived in Boulder for the last 7 years and this my favorite place to eat in Boulder. We always order a variety Tapas as our meal and they are all delicious. Decent wine list. It is usually crowded so expect a wait or go early but definitely go.
