If you like mezze and tapas this place offers it with a mix of Turkish/ Lebanese and Spanish dishes. Basically covering a selection of dishes from the shores of the Med as is suggested by the name. The dates in bacon are rather fabulous offering a sweet/salt medley that's worth a punt. Only bad point was the lack of gf... More

The thing about the Med we enjoy the most is sitting out on the patio during nice weather and ordering some tapas and wine.

The med is a great resturant in the heart of downtown Boulder. The food is always fresh top quality and interesting. The Tapas are great and very authentic. I've had both family and business meals there and have never been disappointed.

We've lived in Boulder for 18 years. If we had to eat at only one restaurant in town for the next ten years, it would be The Med. Most everything they offer is wonderful and they have a very eclectic menu--pizza, meats, fowl, fish, pasta, whatever. All are cooked with sophisticated flair. You might be able to find certain specialties... More

We love the Med and have been going here for years and years!!! We had some neighbors who were new to town and they wanted us to pick a place they'd enjoy with great food and a great atmosphere. Sure, there are other more expensive places but the food and ambiance at the Med is top notch. The expansion over... More

The Mediterranean Restaurant, or "The Med", as it's known, is a sure bet for a great meal with a fun, bustling atmosphere. They are known for their Tapas menu and happy hour, but also offer a diverse menu which includes pastas, wood fire cooked pizzas, and delicious seafood and other proteins. Its only weakness is that it can be loud... More

We always take out-of-town guests here for the tapas on the back patio. It's fun, beautiful, and a great way to sample many Mediterranean dishes.

"The Med" (as it's known in town) is a great place - very pleasant surroundings, not too loud, the menu has a good variety of dishes, and the service is reasonably fast and pretty much always friendly. It's a little more expensive than the average restaurant, but we feel like the quality of food you get makes it worth it.

There is a great variety on the Tapas menu for happy hour and drink specials also. The atmosphere for happy hour is very lively, a great place to be to start your weekend. In the summer the outdoor patio is a great option.
